Bakalářská práce pojednává o významu a postavení strategie řízení rizik v podnikové strategii, která zároveň tvoří základ krizové připravenosti podniku. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na podnikovou strategii a její hierarchické uspořádání, z čehož možno vymezit místo a úlohu strategie zvládání (řízení) krizí. Jako součást strategie zvládání krizí, je dále podrobněji popsána strategie řízení rizik, její nosní komponenty a strategie řízení kontinuity podnikání. Následně je objasněna otázka krizové připravenosti podniku a její věcná a lidská dimenze. Praktická část předkládá návrh metodického postupu, který obsahuje návaznost kroků potřebných pro tvorbu a formulaci strategie řízení rizik v malém a středním podniku. The bachelor thesis discusses an importance and a position of the risk management strategy in a corporate strategy, which also forms the basis of organization crisis preparedness. The theoretical part focuses in the corporate strategy and its hierarchical structure, from which can be defined the place and the role of crisis management strategy. A part of the crisis management strategy, risk management strategy is further described in the thesis with its main components as well as the business continuity management strategy. Consecutively, a question of organization crisis preparedness with its two dimensions - factual and human is clarified. The practical part suggests a methodical procedure that includes continuity of steps needed to create and formulate the risk management strategy in a small and medium enterprise.
