Cílem práce je zhodnocení personálních činností analýza pracovních míst, získávání pracovníků a péče o pracovníky s cílem nalézt nové, firmou nevyužívané způsoby (formy) získávání pracovníků. The goal of my stydy is to evaluate activities connected with human resources -- work position analysis, gaining new workers and taking care of them. My objective was to find new and still unused ways of acquiring new employees.
