Tématem mé bakalářské práce je "Finanční analýza podniku Alibona a. s.". Jako hlavní cíl jsem si stanovil zhodnocení finanční situace podniku z pohledu jeho věřitelů. V teoretické části vysvětlím klíčové pojmy týkající se finanční analýzy a popíši metody, které následně aplikuji v praktické části. Jedná se o horizontální a vertikální analýzu, optimalizaci finanční struktury, poměrovou analýzu, rozdílovou analýzu, DuPontovu analýzu, bonitní a bankrotní modely, mezipodnikové srovnání a ukazatel ekonomické přidané hodnoty (EVA). Výsledky těchto analýz shrnuji v závěru práce. The topic of my Bachelor Thesis is "The Financial Analysis of the Company Alibona, a. s.". The main objective of the thesis is to assess the financial situation from the creditors' point of view. In the theoretical part I explain the key terms concerning the financial analysis and describe the methods subsequently used in the practical analysis of the company. Those are the horizontal and the vertical analysis, the balance optimization, the ratio analysis, the difference analysis, the DuPont analysis, the creditworthy and the bankruptcy models, the intercompany comparison and the economic value added. The results of those analyses are summarized in at the end of the thesis.
