Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na mapování, popis a hodnocení významu jednotlivých architektonických a jiných památek v oblasti Ševětína a na průzkum povědomí o hodnotách studované oblasti u vybrané skupiny obyvatel, členů Klubu českých turistů Jihočeského kraje. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku cestovního ruchu - vývoj cestovního ruchu, životní prostředí a cestovní ruch, kultura a cestovní ruch, památky a cestovní ruch, dopravní služby v cestovním ruchu a marketingový výzkum. Praktická část je zaměřena na památky, které se v okolí Ševětína vyskytují a na dotazníkové šetření s cílem zjistit míru povědomí o Ševětínsku u členů Klubu českých turistů Jihočeského kraje. Na základě získaných dat byly navrženy doporučení, které by mohly pomoci ke zvýšení cestovního ruchu v této oblasti. This bachelor thesis is focused on a description of all sights in the destination and on a research of the knowledge of region. The theoretical part includes a lot of information about tourism - development of tourism, environment and tourism, culture and tourism, monuments and tourism, transport services in tourism and marketing research. The practical part is focused on the monuments and on the questionnaire survey about knowledge of region. On the ground of obtained data were suggested some recommendations, which could help to the increase of tourism in this region.
