Bakalářská práce představuje franchising jako moderní a perspektivní formu podnikání, která v souvislosti s globalizací světové ekonomiky, má velkou budoucnost. Jsou zde vysvětleny principy, na kterých se franchising zakládá, poukázány všechny výhody a nevýhody oproti klasickému podnikání z hlediska obou smluvních partnerů. Poskytuje informace o různých formách franchisové spolupráce, o právních a jiných náležitostech při tvorbě franchisového souboru, o světovém vývoji franchisingu se zaměřením na současnou situaci v České republice a na výhled uplatnění franchisingu u nás v následujících letech. Druhá část práce prezentuje franchisový systém z praxe. Na základě osobních setkání s předními představiteli dvou franchisových společností poskytujících obchodní služby. Autor seznamuje s principy fungování těchto konceptů a analyzuje jejich začátky působení a uplatnění na českém trhu. V závěrečné části je shrnut autorův průzkum, který měl za úkol zjistit informovanost a znalost franchisingu a daných franchisových konceptů mezi mladými lidmi. This bachelor's thesis introduces a franchising as a modern and promising form of business that in the context of globalization of the world economy has a great future. There are explained the principles on which the franchising is based and all the advantages and disadvantages for both contractual partners. It provides some pieces of information about different forms of franchise cooperation, legal and other requisites in the creation of a franchise system and the world development of franchising focusing on the current situation in the Czech Republic and its use in coming years. The second part presents the franchising in practice. It's based on personal interviews with leading representatives of the two franchise companies providing business services. The goal of this part is to acquaint with the principles of running these organizations and to analyze their beginnings and the subsequent implementation in the Czech market. The final section summarizes the author's survey which was supposed to find out the awareness and knowledge of the franchising among young people.
