V prvej kapitole sa práca zaoberá ekonomickými podmienkami pre vstup firmy U. S. Steel na trh Slovenska. V druhej kapitole je představená konkrétna stratégia vstupu Tretia kapitola popisuje firemnú kultúru spoločnosti U. S. Steel Košice. V první kapitole se práce zabývá ekonomickými podmínkami pro vstup firmy U. S. Steel na trh Slovenska. V druhé kapitole je představena konkrétní strategie vstupu U. S. Steel. Třetí kapitola popisuje firemní kulturu společnosti U. S. Steel Košice. The first chapter describes the economic situation on slovak market before the entry of U. S. Steel. The second chapter presents the actual strategy of market entry addopted by U. S. Steel. The third chapter describes the corporate culture of U. S. Steel Košice.
