Bakalářská práce se věnuje současné krizi španělské ekonomiky, předchozímu ekonomickému rozmachu a realitnímu boomu, který byl hlavním znakem španělského ekonomického rozvoje v devadesátých letech a na začátku tohoto milénia a následně hlavní příčinou vzniku krize. Cílem je vyhodnotit opatření přijatá španělskou vládou a možný další vývoj řešení důsledků krize. Práce sleduje problémy trhu s nemovitostmi, stavebnictví, bankovního systému, velmi vysokou nezaměstnanost a rostoucí zadlužení státu a vysoký deficit veřejných financí. Dále je hodnocena možnost záchranného balíčku Evropské unie. This thesis follows present crisis of spanish economy, previous economic expansion and the boom in Spain's property market, which was the main characteristic of spanish economic development in the nineties and at the begining of this millenium and subsequently the main reason of crisis. Aim of this thesis is to analyze measures taken by spanish government a possible further development of anti-crisis measures. Thesis studies problems of property market, contruction, banking sector, high unemployment and growing public debt and deficit of public finance. Possibility of EU's rescue package i also considered.
