Bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí managementu lidských zdrojů, konkrétně se zaměřuje na motivaci a stabilizaci zaměstnanců v organizaci poskytující rychlé občerstvení. Teoretická část práce uvedené pojmy vysvětluje, dále popisuje jednotlivé motivační koncepce, pracovní motivaci, nežádoucí motivaci, motivační systém ve společnosti a pracovní spokojenost. Praktická část představuje situaci konkrétní společnosti působící na českém pracovním trhu. V rámci zkoumání stavu, ve kterém se firma nachází, je analyzován její motivační systém, způsob pracovního hodnocení a systém interních norem. Na základě výsledků hodnocení je předložen návrh zlepšení ve zkoumaných oblastech. Vzešlá doporučení lze aplikovat ve společnostech působících ve stejné oblasti. This bachelor thesis is concerned with sphere of human resources management, concretely it is focusing on employee motivation and staff stabilization in an organization providing fast food. Theory describes the two mentioned notions. Further it explains individual motivation conceptions, work motivation, undesirable motivation, motivation system in a company and work contentment. The practical part presents situation of the real organization occurring on the czech labour market. Within the investigated case of the real firm the motivation system of the company, the methods of job evaluation and the system of norms are analysed. The proposal for improvement in researched areas is presented on the basis of the results of the evaluation. The mentioned recommendation can be applied in companies operating in the same area.
