Diplomová práce pojednává o vlivu světové finanční a hospodářské krize na fungování a hospodaření malých a středních podniků v České republice. V práci je kladen důraz zejména na podporu ze strany státu, Evropské unie a jiných orgánů zúčastněných tohoto problému. V praktické části je kladen důraz na hospodaření malého podniku -- společnosti Pravé hořické trubičky s.r.o. v období krize a srovnání s odvětvím. Analýza je provedena pomocí základních ukazatelů a nástrojů finanční analýzy a benchmarkingu. The thesis deals with the influence of the global financial and economic crisis on the functioning and management of small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic. In this work the emphasis is based mainly on support from the state, and the European Union and other bodies involved in this problem. In the practical part of the diploma thesis the analysis is held on small business management - the company Pravé hořické trubičky s.r.o. The main emphasis is given to its functionning in times of crisis, and comparison with the industry. The analysis is performed using basic indicators and tools of financial analysis and benchmarking.
