Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stanovení a vymáhání výživného, resp. vyživovací povinností rodičů k dětem. Pro porozumění tématu popisuje základní pojmy, jimiž jsou rodina, manželství a vyživovací povinnost a zachycuje postupy příslušných orgánů, vedoucí ke stanovení a vymožení stanoveného výživného. Rovněž sleduje uvedené postupy ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie a snaží se v nich nalézt inspiraci pro zlepšení situace v ČR. Na závěr se zabývá mezinárodními úmluvami a způsoby stanovování a vymáhání výživného za hranicemi naší země. This thesis deals with the issues of prescription and enforcement of maintenance and parents maintenance obligation to children. In order to understand the topic describes the basics concepts, which are family, marriage and maintenance obligation and describes procedures of the competent authorities, which are responsibly for determination and enforcement of maintenance. Furthermore, this thesis monitors these procedures in the selected countries of the European Union and tries to find out an inspiration to improve the situation in the Czech Republic. At the end, the thesis concerns about international treaties and ways of setting and enforcing maintenance outside of the country.
