Tato práce se zabývá americkou hypotéční krizí. Hlavním cílem práce je shrnout a analyzovat příčiny, průběh a dopady krize tak, aby byly pochopitelné i pro neodborníky. Práce je rozdělena do pěti hlavních částí. První část práce analyzuje stav ekonomiky USA před vypuknutím krize. Zaměřuje se především na vývoj HDP, nezaměstnanosti a úrokových sazeb. Další část pojednává o americké hypotéční politice. Analyzuje typy poskytovaných hypoték a problém subprime hypoték. Na tuto část navazuje kapitola Příčiny krize. Hlavní příčiny hypotéční krize tato práce spatřuje v sekuritizaci, zásahy Fedu, poskytování subprime hypoték a morálním hazardu účastníků a problémech na nemovitostním trhu. A konečně poslední část práce shrnuje dopady krize. This bachelor thesis is focused on American mortgage crisis. The aim is to analyze causes, course and impact of this crisis, so as could be understandable even for non-professionals. The bachelor thesis is divided into five main parts. The first part analyses economic conditions in US before the crisis. It's aimed on GDP, unemployment and interest rates. The following part considers about American mortgage policy. It analyses types of mortgages and the problem of subprime mortgages. The causes of the crisis are analyzed in the fourth part of the thesis. The main causes are securitization, Fed policy, subprime mortgages and moral hazard, problems on real estate market. The last part resumes impacts of the crisis.
