Diplomová práce poskytuje pohled na současný stav ochrany spotřebitele a spotřebitelských organizací v České republice a ve Francii. Obsahuje podrobnou analýzu činnosti konkrétní české a francouzské spotřebitelské organizace a na základě průzkumu realizovaného mezi českými spotřebiteli navrhuje spotřebitelským sdružením řešení vedoucí ke zkvalitnění a rozšíření nabídky jejich služeb. The diploma thesis offers a view of the present state of affairs in the field of consumer protection in the Czech Republic and France. It contains a detailed analysis of activities of a Czech and a French consumer organization. It also suggests possible service improvements and expansion of their activities on the basis of a survey conducted among Czech consumers.
