Práce se zaměřuje na aplikaci logistiky v konkrétním podniku, firmě BAEST, a.s. Po teoretickém úvodu, představení firmy a popisu procesu realizace produktu, jsou blíže řešeny dva okruhy. První se zaměřuje na systém hodnocení a výběru dodavatele, kde je navržen systém nový. Druhý okruh je věnován analýze materiálového toku podnikem, konkrétně při výrobě nádrží, s cílem optimalizace toku. The thesis is focused on application of logistics in the company, BAEST, a.s. It consists of theoretic part, introduction of the company and description of the process of the product producing. Application part of the thesis is closely focused on two fields. The first one is system of evaluation and selection of suppliers containing the design of new system in this field. The second one is addressed to analysis of material flow connected with production of tanks with the goal of optimization of the flow.
