Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá organizací práce ve společnosti IKEA Česká republika. Obsahuje popis a porovnání pracovních podmínek v externích skladech v Praze. Cílem je hodnocení, do jaké míry může na těchto faktorech záviset fluktuace zaměstnanců na zmíněných pracovištích. Zaměřuji se zejména na pracovní úkoly, pracovní režimy a ergonomii. My bachelor thesis concentrates on work organisation in the company IKEA Czech Republic. It focus on description and comparison in the external warehouse in Prague. I evaluate how the fluctuation of employees in that workplace depends on these factors. I emphasis particulary on work tasks, operating modes and ergonomics.
