[cze][eng] Tato diplomová práce je věnovaná on-line a jeho využití pro komunikační plánování. Jejím cílem je nastínit podobu současného trhu, jeho možnosti a ukázat, jak by nestandardní klient, v podobě módní značky Mango, mohl využít on-line pro splnění svých potřeb a cílů. V teoretické části popisuji základní parametry trhu, nabídku formátů, jejich použití, doplněnou o modely pořízení a platby. Samostatnou část věnuji efektivitě on-line komunikace. V praktické části analyzuji a popisuji všechny důležité charakteristiky pro tvorbu komunikační strategie na lokálním trhu. Na základě porozumění klientovi, jeho potřebám a cílům, cílové skupině a konkurenci navrhuji možný plán on-line komunikace. Práce je určena všem, které zajímá reklama a komunikační plánování on-line.This diploma thesis is dedicated to online and its use for communication planning. Its aim is to outline actual market, possibilities and to show how a non-standard client (in this case fashion brand Mango) could use on-line to meet its demand and targets. In theoretical part I analyse and describe all important characteristics for communication strategy creation on the local market. Based on understanding of client, its needs, targets, target group and competitors I suggest a possible on-line communication plan. The thesis is designated to all who are interested in advertising and on-line communication planning.
