Case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis

Title of bachelor's thesis: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis Summary: I focus on rheumatic diseases in childhoodin my thesis, especially the issue of juvenilie idiopathic arthritis. This work contains free parts; the first consists of the condition, the second is theoretical, focusing on a more detailed description of the deseases, including screening and subsenquest therapy and the third is a special part that contains a case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. I worked on this case study during my month experience in the Rhematology Institute in Prague. The special part consists of the input and output kinesiological analysis, the short- and long- term physiotherapy plan, therapy suggestions and description of ten exercise units. Case report of physiotherapy care of patient with dislocation of elbow

Title of bachelor's thesis: Case report of physiotherapy care of patient with dislocation of elbow Thesis aim: Aim of this bachelor's thesis is summary of theoretical knowledge and study of rehabilitation in context with traumatology, especially dislocation, of elbow joint. Then use this knowledge in practice with patient with status post dislocation of elbow joint. Method: Theoretical part of bachelor's thesis includes anatomic, kinesiological and biomechanical findings of elbow joint in relationship with other structures. In other section are described issues of traumatology of elbow joint, with focus on elbow dislocations. There is detailed description of examination a therapy, mainly meant by rehabilitation care with using physical therapy and physiotherapeutic methods. In special part of thesis I processed detailed case report of 55 years old female patient with status post posterior dislocation of right elbow joint after removal of plaster fixation, which immobilized joint for one month. This case report was made during my professional practice in C.L.P.A. in Prague, Vysočany, and in term 9. 1. - 3. 2. 2012 under the supervision of physiotherapist Mgr. František Vaňous. Marriage

This diploma thesis is focused on the issues of marriage, married life and mutual relationships between married couple. The other part is focused on the factors of stability that can influence the marriage. The target of this diploma thesis is to cover the most important situations in the marriage that could disturb the stability. The theoretical part is also focused on the concepts as the marriage, the law and the divorce. There is also small part about the fundamental methods of the marital therapy and influence that have children on the marriage. The empirical part is focused on the views of married couples for the stability of marriage and also the influences that work on stability the most and the most distinct.

Video Confrontation as a Therapy Technique in the Treatment of Eating Disorders

For the method a questionnaire was chosen which includes semantic differentials and separate sentences. The respondents were selected based on availability. The 26 respondents included in this research were all women diagnosed with anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa. All were hospitalized in an eating disorder unit. The outcome of the study confirmed that video confrontation resulted in the patients describing the picture of their own body less ungainly and they were less ashamed about their own body. The outcome of the study confirmed that video confrontation resulted in the patients with anorexia nervosa describing the picture of their own body as more elegant, attractive, but also more worthless, more ugly and ungainly.
