Creation of a Client Database for a Financial Advisor

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the formation of the database application in Microsoft Access 2003 that will serve to the financial advisors to make their communication with customers easy and faster. The contents include the formation of the proposal, charts, forms, arrangements and the visual database setting. The last part of the solution proposal deals with the important asset.

The Space for All of Us

The diploma work Sanctuary for Each of Them consists of a series of objects and paintings in which I try to capture the mutual necessity and ambiguity of the individual's position in society. I am trying to bring the viewers to a strange, unsettling place where a series of plots and stories take place. Relationships develop between the characters, but also between them and the fictional world in which their stories are set. Motifs and characters from the paintings then transition into anthropomorphic objects - figures depicted in glassware and table bases. In this way, the action shifts directly into the physical space of the gallery and turns into a scenography that can be entered and interacted with on a personal level.

Replacement of big diametral bearing at mounting of vertically lathe table

This dissertation deals with table seating at a vertical lathe made by TOSHULIN, a.s. The target is to design such table seating which would replace the existing seating solution with a cross bearing having better technical and economical parameters. The dissertation includes analysis of some chosen variants of table seating; this analysis has been done from several aspects and it is completed by the subsequent evaluation. After the results of multi criterion analysis have been evaluated, I performed calculation as well as designing of two table seating variants in the practical dissertation part.

The aim of this thesis is to suggest and implement a multi-purpose database of orders in advertising agency, which will uniform and make transparent the process of giving orders to individual suppliers and will enable its overall administration, survey and classification of all assigned orders. The implementation of the database system leads to closure of the gap in agency processes, where the incomplete and not always available summary of all the outbound orders complicates the running and final invoicing of the individual orders to clients.

Implementation of an automated converter of tables to LATEX

This thesis aims to create a tool to ease the typesetting of LaTeX tables. In this thesis, the tool is designed, implemented, and documented based on the gathered knowledge. The tool reads spreadsheet data from a Microsoft Excel file with the openpyxl library. This input data is processed into a compact and readable LaTeX output that is easy to work with for the average user. Moreover, the tool can set text alignment, foreground and background color, and borders, all individually for each cell in the output table. Merged cells and long and rotated tables are also supported.

Database Design for a Small Company

This work describes the design of a database system for Darka Company. It is a system of stocks of goods and materials. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part contains the theoretical background needed to understand the design of such a system. The second part is focused on the analysis of the current state in the company. In the last part, the system design itself is implemented using a selected platform. Part of the work is also a description of individual objects (eg forms) and the behavior of the system itself. Everything is designed with regard to the company requirements in consultation with the company management.

This term project is about analyses and design of information system for administration and managing business firm.System is designed as module system with unlimithed count of modules that coact or are connected with another modules. Each module has its own data tables in database, own Classes which make the middle layer of aplication and graphical interface, but modules are not independent (one module can not work as a system).Iner communication among modules is based on database servers.Part of the application is its own database. To accomplish this project I had to familiarize myself with a problemathic of programming in programming language C# and with database language PostgreSQL

Automation of ordering system errors

The bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of the automatic error cleansing software which clears the errors generated by the ordering system. Based on the error analysis (e.g. their causes and possibilities of their correction) the software enables the automatic error correction without the necessity of any manual action resulting in minimal delay of customers’ orders.
