Areál pro sportovní a kulturní aktivity v obci Sentice

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a multipurpose complex on a specific plot in the village of Sentice. The complex includes outdoor sports surfaces for the recreation of citizens and a building with wooden construction. The building serves as a sanitary facility and cultural center. The main structure is composed of massiv wood panels DEKPANEL. In order to find the best solution was created more layout options, while the most suitable variant was elaborated in detail. The proposed building takes into account the requirements of the investor, the ideas of the citizens of the site and the author's own opinion. The result of the thesis is the drawing documentation of the building and a technical description.
Physical activity in the lives of students in Prague and Tartu

Title: Physical activity in students live in Prague and Tartu . Goals: The aim of the theses Physical activity in the live of students in Prague and Tartu is to learn about the sports conditions for students and comparison of possibilities in localities - student city Prague, Czech Republic and Tartu, Estonia. Furthermore will be analyzed the requirements of the students for their physical activity and for the local conditions for sports. The theses will be also aimed at the question of provided information by the university to the students (of non sport fields of studies) in the topic of the offer of optional study courses focused on physical activity. Methods: Observation, interviews and e-mail questionnaire survey, the presentation of results of a questionnaire survey on the basis percentage evaluation, view in the charts. Results: All data obtained from a questionnaire survey are presented in the chapter presentation and discussion of the results. Final summary of these results is an important base to the proposals for possible improvements to the current situation. Title: Sport as a Public Service: Equity and Efficiency of Local Sport Facilities In the Czech Republic, clubs traditionally played a key role in providing sport facilities. In recent years, the role of local authorities in sport has strengthened. Hence, there have been changes in the management of sport facilities in the context of new trends in public administration and sport participation. The thesis analyzes and evaluates current modes of provision of public sport facilities as the consequence of these changes. The examined issue is narrowed down to the two theoretical concepts - sport equity and efficiency of sport facilities. These are perceived as a part of the performance of sport facilities (see Liu et al., 2009 or Kung and Taylor, 2010). The first part of the thesis aims to test the effect of different forms of management of sports facilities on the sport equity score in the framework of institutional analysis (Houlihan, 2005). On the basis of the original instrument for measuring of sport equity, the survey is carried out. The research sample (N = 193) is made up by the municipalities with extended powers, except for regional cities and Prague. The second part of the thesis has the character of an action research. Enviromental Impact of Winter Olympic Games

Title: Environmental Impact of Olympic Winter Games Objectives: The objective of my bachelor thesis is to evaluate the impact of Olympic Winter Games (OWG) on the environment and vice versa. The work is divided into three parts. The first part has a goal to reflect the development of OG and of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) strategies to sustainable and ecological OWG. The second part is more of natural science account climate development and the use of technologies and their impact on nature. The last part aims to suggest several possible scenarios about future development of OWG. Methods: In the bachelor thesis basic methods of theoretical work are employed, i.e. compilation methods, analysis and synthesis. The employed methods are described in more detail in the Methodology chapter. Results: The result is a research work evaluating the IOC's attitude to climate change and environmental devastation and the impact of climate change on OWG. The evaluation was carried out on the basis of the IOC regulations and a study of expert articles on the ecological demands of winter sports. The conclusion of the thesis offers possible scenarios about the future of the Olympic Games.

Title: The condition survey and the use of sports facilities in primary schools in Prague 6 Objectives: Based on a given project from municipal district of Prague 6 prepare the condition survey and the use of sports facilities in primary schools in Prague 6. Methods: In the paper are used methods of structured interview and use of secondary information. Results: Primary Schools in Prague 6 effectively using their physical education facilities at a time when there are no lessons and offer it the people, but it is limited insufficient capacity or inadequate functionality of the physical education facilities. The Possibilities of Leisure Time Exercise Activities in the Territory of České Budějovice City

My bachelor thesis named "The Possibility of Leisure Time Exercise Activities in the Territory of České Budějovice City" is devided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part is focused on essential terms explanation, further more the points at issues of leisure time and exercise activities are analyzed in wide context, aimed at our time. The practical part involves a brief description of the above mentioned topic, included a brief excursion into the history of physical training and sport in the city of České Budějovice. The fundamental part of my bachelor thesis includes maping the possibilities of various leasure time exercise activities as well as creating a well-arranged information brochure, which should be helpful for exercise activity choice. My bachelor thesis is intended for general public use to make one's exercise activity choice easy as well as to recommend how to spend leasure time in a suitable way.
