Návrh nízkonákladového řešení regulační a ovládací jednotky pro akvária a terária
PAPAJ, Michal
Bachelor's thesis is focused on a design of a low-cost regulation and control unit for aquariums and terrariums. Initial part examines demands of animals on the environment and possibilities of suitable technologies for aquariums and terrariums. A suitable low-cost technology for the regulation unit is selected. Practical part aims on the design and construction of the control unit system. It is capable of monitoring or regulating, among other things, temperature, pH, water level or lighting. Mobile and web applications are designed and implemented. The system allows a user to oversee the state of the environment and regulate it remotely.
Systém pro řízení chytré domácnosti
SCHOLZ, Luděk
This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of smart home in deployment as an open source system with an emphasis on low budget. In this thesis, three devices are created from scratch, namely a smart thermostatic valve, a power consumption meter and a flood detector. All of them are already deployed. This thesis describes problems in development of own devicecs with testing and comparison with commercial equipment. Among other things, it solves the communication of the local installation of the smart home and the server. In conclusion, it outlined what direction to further the project will develop.
Object Oriented Library for Controlling an e-Puck Robot
Plátek, Ondřej ; Mráz, František (advisor) ; Černo, Peter (referee)
E-Puck is an educational robot with differential drive and it is sufficiently equipped with sensors. The result of present thesis is the C# object oriented Elib library, which allows to control an e-Puck robot from a host computer over the Bluetooth wireless technology. The model examples in the TestElib console application presents the usage of the Elib library in program for the e-Puck robot. Moreover, it offers a comfortable system of help and documentation. Enclosed sets of tools allows more effective debugging of programs, which use the Elib library.
Home automation
Taufer, Pavel ; Mareš, Martin (advisor) ; Ježek, Pavel (referee)
We design an unified system for home management and monitoring -- for example controlling lights, thermostat, roller blinds, etc. We research various methods of communication with devices used in home automation. We design an unified interface for communication with said devices independent on specific hardware. Then we implement the designed abstraction, a set of specific automation software and a graphical user interface. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
Wireless Control of Electronic Devices Using Mobile/Embedded Device Using WiFi
Marek, Petr ; Materna, Zdeněk (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to design and implement an automated home system using Wi-Fi. The whole system was built on the Raspberry Pi and ESP8266 platforms, CoAP was chosen as the communication protocol. The resulting solution works in the local network and also over the Internet. It includes the use of several types of sensors and the ability to control the outputs of the ESP8266 modules. The system supports simple automation based on values of sensors and set timers.
Tracked vehicle for working on a slope
Těšický, Petr ; Urbánek, Michal (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the conceptual design of a remotely controlled tracked vehicle for work on a slope. In the first part, a short research analysis of remotely controlled tracked vehicles is performed. During the design of the concept itself, dimensional, force and power calculations are performed. The design of some components is based on these calculations. Strength calculations for certain components are performed in the last part of this work. The result is a conceptual design of a remotely controlled tracked vehicle.
Design of electric longboard
Rýznarová, Adéla ; Křenek, Ladislav (referee) ; Haltof, Vladimír (advisor)
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the design of an electric longboard. The main goal is to design a product with an innovative look, shape, with an emphasis on practicality, safety and commercial attractiveness. The work is based on the current state of knowledge and was created with emphasis on respecting technical and ergonomic requirements. The resulting product will find its application mainly as an alternative means of transport in urban or suburban environments.
Development of KNX installation demo-board
Mitrenga, Michal ; KNX), Josef Kunc (Národní asociace (referee) ; Fiedler, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to compile a demonstration panel as an example of the functions of intelligent electrical installation KNX. One of the advantages of this system bus is the ability to use devices from multiple manufacturers. A total of 20 devices from 12 different manufacturers are used in this work. The work begins with an explanation of the principle on which the KNX system bus works, followed by a description of the equipment used and the electrical connection of the switchboard according to the wiring diagram. Next, how the whole panel was revived is described. The next chapter contains a detailed description of device programming in ETS, ie setting parameters for individual devices and assigning group addresses. The last chapter deals with visualization and remote control. It explains how a communication channel was created to connect the panel to a server from FlowBox. Using the web interface on this server, a visualization was created, which can be used to remotely control the entire panel from anywhere.
Parametrizable Music Instrument for Mobile Platforms
Řezáč, Martin ; Mlích, Jozef (referee) ; Černocký, Jan (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to create an application, which will be primarily used as three-axis parametrizable musical instrument, respectively a modifi ed MIDI controller, suitable for Android devices. Firstly, several products, which are available on the market, are reviewed and the reader is introduced to the problematics of audio synthesis, available technologies and typical Android device potential. The next chapter is dedicated to application design. Few designs are mentioned with focus on the chosen design concept. A part of this chapter is also a speci cation of the original concept, its implementation and advantages/disadvantages. The next part is dedicated to implementation and optiomalization of some of the critical points. Also the tests are evaluated including a survey about application usability. At the end, the whole work is concluded and the further development is outlined.
Teleoperation Interface for a Semi-Autonomous Vehicle Using Virtual Reality
Revický, Peter ; Kapinus, Michal (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
The goal of this work is to come up with user interface in virtual reality for vehicle robot teleoperation that is equipped with cameras, Velodyne laser distance meter and localization system. The user interface is designed with generally accepted methods for creation of user interfaces in virtual reality. This work also deals with the problem of sickness from VR. The user interface is implemented in Unity3D game engine. The HTC Vive Pro virtual reality kit was used during implementation and testing.
