1 Title of bachelor thesis: The incidence of vertebral problems, for doctors, nurses, caregivers and technicians, design of physiotherapy intervention a subjective approach to working with a physical therapist Abstract: Bachelor thesis devoted to the topic of vertebrogenic difficulties with health staff, specifically with the group of doctors, nurses, caregivers and laboratory technicians, and closer to exploring their subjective approach to the cooperation with a physiotherapist. The theoretical part is focused on description of the anatomy and kinesiology of the axial body, also on biomechanics and disc plate. A separate chapter consists of the deep stabilization system and the next chapter focuses on the issue of vertebrogenic difficulties and their treatment. The first part of the practical part consists of research in the form of a questionnaire survey, which points to the frequency of occurrence of back pain in health personnel. Selected twelve of the respondents from each group of doctors, nurses, caregivers and laboratory technician. Compared are as individual respondents, or groups between themselves. The second part contains three case reports of patients with back pain. For each of them was carried out input and output tests, six therapies, and finally the appreciation of the patients ' access...

Title: Case study of the physiotherapy treatment of patient with radicular syndrome S1 diagnosis Objectives: The aim of this thesis is a summary of the knowledge about radicular syndrome S1 especially for the needs of a physiotherapist, and their practical application presented in a case study of patient with such diagnosis. Methods: The thesis consists of two parts. General part summarizes the knowledge about radicular syndrome S1 based on the available literature. I focus on anatomical and kinesiological features, etiology and clinical picture of the disease, and further on possibilities of treatment, particularly physiotherapeutical ones. Special part is a case study of a patient with this diagnose. It covers her anamnesis and initial examination, then it describes all physiotherapeutical units undergone, and concludes with control examination and evaluation of the effect of the treatment. Zahradníková, Pavla ; Pavlů, Dagmar (advisor) ; Novotná, Irena (referee)
Title of master's thesis: The relation between backache and urinary incontinence Aims: The aim of the thesis is to find relations between various body structures. The main focus is on the analysis of the connections between backache and urinary incontinence depending on duration of backache, localization, backache promotion and sports activities. Methods: The survey was carried out by a four-page questionnaire. In total there was a group of 97 respondents, 79 women and 18 men, who had problems with backache, urinary incontinence or both. The age range of the respondents was from 18 up to 84 years. The questionnaires were distributed to specialized clinical centers in the fields of rehabilitation and physical medicine. The survey data was processed and analyzed by using the statistical program SPSS, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. Results: The results indicate that there is a relation between backache and urinary incontinence. There is also a relation between promotion of pain in the lower extremities and urinary incontinence. Moreover, it has shown that more than half of the respondents had backache and urinary incontinence at the same time. However, the last two results have not been found statistically significant. According to the survey there is a proved influence of the...

Title: Case study: The effectiveness of the compensation program aimed at reducing muscle imbalance type upper crossed syndrome. Objectives: Creating a theoretical overview of the compensation program in the range of 10 weeks, which is required to determine the effect of intervention ready. Methods: The study has a form of a case study. Case studies allow better explore into the issue and help to understand it. For data collection methods were used assessment of posture by view, muscle testing according to Janda, the deep stabilizing of the spine test by Kolář and goniometric measurement range of motion in joints. Results: After a ten-week intervention was achieved to improvements in posture, especially in the area of enlarged thoracic kyphosis, which has been reduced. In the joint mobility measured goniometric was improved range of motion by 27%, the most striking difference was in the extension of the thoracic spine (about 213% compared to the input measurements). Increasing flexibility was also observed in the muscle test, where there was a positive effect on almost all compensated muscles. At the same time was confirm the hypothesis that activation of the deep stabilization system has an influence on the posture. Keywords: pure posture, deep stabilization system, phasic and postural muscles.
The use of the concept Smisek system in physiotherapy
Mojová, Gabriela ; Molnár, Petr (advisor) ; Hylmarová, Ludmila (referee)
This thesis focuses on the use of the concept Smisek system kinesiotherapy in vertebrogenic disease in the lumbar spine, which is one of the most common diseases of the spine. Thetheoretical part deals with the functional anatomy, biomechanics and function ofthespine, pelvis, chest, deep stabilization of the spine, muscle chain, imbalance, mobility programs and methodology SM system. The practical part presents two case reports ofpatients with low back disease of the lumbar spine. Case reports are divided into kinesiology entrance examination physiotherapist, short-term treatment plan, therapy, kinesiology examination output physiotherapist.
Physiotherapy of the pelvic floor muscle disfunction in women after multiple births
Hodinová, Petra ; Horká, Bohumila (advisor) ; Holasová, Michaela (referee)
The Bachelor's thesis deals with a pelvic floor dysfunction with focus on the stress incontinence. It describes the influence of pelvic floor dysfunction on the deep stabilization system of the spine, the urinary tract function, the sexual function and partner and social life of the patients. In the Bachelor's thesis are summarized available information on the pelvic floor dysfunction and the stress incontinence. In the practical part are processed three casuistries of patients with the stress incontinence occurrence after two or more deliveries. The casuistries focus on complex kinesiological examination, including palpation vaginal examination pursuant to the PERFECT scale, diagnosis and course of the therapy and individual approach to the patients. The thesis adverts also to the quality of life change and the fact that the pelvic floor dysfunction can manifest itself at any age.
Affecting the efficiency of stimulation a strenght endurance through exercies on unstable surface
Jebavý, Radim ; Perič, Tomáš (advisor) ; Zháněl, Jiří (referee) ; Turek, Milan (referee)
Affecting the efficiency of stimulation a strenght endurance through exercies on unstable surface In our work we sought to verify the affecting the efficiency of a Strength programme of exercise on unstable surfaces for stimulation of strength endurance abilities, compared to a similar didactic programme conducted on stable surfaces, thus creating an alternative choice for coaches, teachers, and sports instructors. A major element of the didactic process is the quality of the strength training programme on stable and unstable surfaces. When evaluating the overall results of the tests before and after the experimental programme, we come to be of the opinion that the experimental programme manifested itself positively in effectiveness of stimulating strength abilities. The strength programme had an influence on increasing the persistence of strength in dynamic and static regimens. In the case of a strengthening programme on unstable surfaces there was a tendency towards greater growth in the number of repetitions as opposed to programme on a stable base at the beginning of the programme in the case of exercise in a dynamic regimen. Keywords: effectiveness, strength endurance preparation, unstable surfaces, stabilisation system.
