This master´s thesis deals with evaulating of non-profit organizations focusing on amateur football clubs. During the analytical part,a financial statement will ge given by a CBA analysis based on a practical example of designing a new building with changing rooms and technical infrastructure of the football club "TJ Sokol Slavonin". "Finally, proposals improving the return on investment, followed by a financial structure, how to finance the project in an optimal way, show that an integrated finance model was created.

The crucial part of theoretical knowledge presents the above mentioned financing option. The following part introduces the real project including cost analysis and the benefits from its realization. The last part is dedicated to the project realization and its evaluation.

Proposed thesis deals with a new investment project of business company and by new concept of funding. Thesis is based on theoretical findings and detailed analysis. Performed analysis illustrates present situation and compares it to the competition and proposes other analysis connected with the project. On the basis of these outputs, the thesis concludes proper methods of funding with respect to the offer of market and particular capabilities of the company.

Analysis of Economic Efficiency of the Investment Project

The aim of this master’s thesis is to design and choose the most optimal source of financing fixed assets for Mr. Zavadil, which operates in the field of transport and forwarding. The theoretical part is focused on the possibility of financing the investment plan and the methods by which evaluates the effectiveness of investment. In next chapters thesis deals with the planned investment project in a concrete company, its characteristic, comparison of the various options of financing investments in order to assess its efficiency. The result is a proposal on how to finance an investment with recommendation for the company.

Selection of Appropriate External Financing of Real Estate

The Master´s thesis deals with the selection of appropriate forms of financing reconstruction of real estate from external sources. In particular, it deals with the analysis and comparison of bids each bank loans. The essence of the thesis is to find an optimal variant of the external financing of reconstruction of real estate, including the evaluation of the implementation of the planned investment.

Financing Possibilities for Investment Project of the Municipality

This thesis deals with financing possibilities for investment of the municipality project. The first part includes the theoretical thesis for understanding the functioning of the municipality and put communities funding opportunities. The second section includes a brief introduction to the community, socio-economic analysis and financial analysis in the selected period 2009 – 2012 and also the evaluation of this implementation and introduction the investment activities of the municipality. The last part of the investment project involves the presentation of individual municipality project and the possibilities of its financial coverage with final recommended options for funding.
