The diploma thesis is focused on development stratégy for family owned company. The first part of the the thesis describes the theoretical knowledge og the topic. Based on theoretical knowledge is then performed analytical part, which assesses the current state and identifies the problems that have been identified. The final part deals with the design of development solutions, namely the introduction of a new storage system.

The bachelor thesis deals with the development of a small family business Vinařství Švásta a Kadlec, located in the village Rakvice in the South Moravian Region. The theoretical part presents the basic theory of the selected topic and a detailed description of the individual analyses that are carried out in the analytical part. On the basis of the selected analyses, the shortcomings of the examined winery are then identified. In the proposal part, the possibilities of investments that will help the winery to develop more are presented. The main investment is the creation of gift baskets using the products of Švásta and Kadlec winery and possible cooperation with neighbouring enterprises.

Bachelor thesis is devoted to examine the financial health of the small family business and it is primarily divided into two sections. Theoretical part of the bachelor thesis includes theoretical scope of the financial analysis and it defines methods suitable for examination of the financial health of the company. Practical part is focused on introduction of the company and evaluation of the financial sit-uation of the selected company for period 2016-2019. Evaluation of the financial situation is realized through the methods of the financial analysis. Based on the discovered results, the recommendations and suggestions for improvements of the financial situations of the company are described.

Business plan draft for the establishment of an equestrian stable

The aim of this diploma thesis is to process a draft of a business plan for establishing a family business, an equestrian stable. As potential founders actively engage in horseriding, they are considering setting up a small business, located on the site of newly built stables with a higher capacity, which are already being created, to replace the original, substandard premises. The activities of the business will include, in particular, the stabling of horses, the training of young horses, the sale or brokering of the sale and purchase of horses, and additional services. The purpose of the business plan and the aim of the work is for the founders to be able to decide, on the basis of processed data and developed analyses, whether to carry out the business plan, possibly to what extent and form, or to use the stable only for housing their own horses, and to run it as a non-profit activity, funded by other sources.

Stress management in Family Company

This bachelor thesis deals with stress, its causes, symptoms, stress managements and prevention. The work also introduces us with the family company, that is, with their focus, history and individual departments. The main goal of the research is finding about and analysing stress management in a workplace in the small family company through both quantitative and qualitative methods of research. Questionnaires and interviews were conducted with 12 respondents about what kind of stress prevails in the company and why. After a careful analysis of all the collected data conclusions were reached which helped make suggestions for stress prevention and stress management in workplace.

The information obtained is used to process a strategic analysis, the results of which lead to the design of a development strategy and further direction of the company in order to strengthen its position in the market.

The diploma thesis is focused on the proposal of strategic development of the small family winery Stavek located in South Moravia. The theoretical part defines the fundamentals necessary for better understanding the issues of the development and growth of the company. The current situation of the company is evaluated in the analytical part by using selected analytical methods. This evaluation will serve as a basis for deciding on the next strategic directions. The most suitable development strategy is specified in the design part of this thesis and includes schedule of changes for the near future.
