This thesis deals with problems of unemployment in Trencin region, based on available information. It also includes a theoretical view on unemployment. The research is the development of unemployment over time. The aim of project is to provide a comprehensive view of the evolution of unemployment in the district and the analysis of data and materials to finalize the proposal for solutions of the problem.
Gender and manpower in production companies in the Chomutov region

Diploma thesis "Gender and manpower in production companies in the Chomutov region" is focused on historically and sociologically oriented research of employment of men and women in production companies in the Chomutov region over last 50 and 70 years respectively. The main aspects which are included in the theoretical part of this work are gender relations in the production companies, that is the history of the employment of women, horizontal and vertical gender segregation including wages and salaries and employee education. The analyzed data are from the period of mid 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century and focus primarily on the production companies of The Tube and Iron Rolling Mill and their current successor Sandvik. By means of data analysis, the methodical part of the thesis describes differences and changes which have ocurred in the horizon of last 50 and 70 years in the manpower employment in production companies with respect to gender. Manpower immigration to Germany in the 21st Century

This bachelor thesis is focused on the connection analysis in the German labour market in context of foreign manpower. The first chapter contains the description of migration phenomenon and personal predispositions of an individual, influencing the decision-making process to emigrate or not. The second chapter compares Germany as a target country to other European Union countries and defines the reason why it can be the most attractive one for the potential migrants. The third chapter describes the immigration and integration politics of the EU which have impact on influx of immigrants. The fourth chapter analyzes the number of employed foreigners on the German labour market and compares German economic growth in the 21st Century with the influx of immigrants throughout the years. The objective of this thesis is to compare the attractiveness of Germany with other EU countries and determine the impact of foreign worker on its economy.
The forms of gaining manpower and their comparison

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the forms of gaining manpower and than their comparison. The thesis is divided into three main chapters, that deal with labour-law relations, outsourcing with emphasis on agency employment and disguised employment relationship. Labour-law relations deal with employment relationship and contracts work outside employment relationship. In chapter outsourcing, the thesis describes outsourcing in general and also offers of work agencies. The last chapter dedicates to the features how to recognise disguised employment relationship and reasons why it is practising in spite of its illegality.
Analysis of Business Intelligence application System Controlling in Manpower

The project is generally about the evaluation of Business Intelligence. In the first part are defined possibilities of cooperation with the company GIST. The second part is the evaluation of Business Intelligence application from the company on customers side that is, Manpower. The objective of the project is analyze the system Business Intelligence which is implemented in Manpower's customer according to specified process of dimensional model. The next step is to suggest dimensional model of data warehouse application of Business Intelligence in Manpower. From the errors which were found, consequently will be suggested the changes which will service the customer for communication with provider. In the project will introduced application Business Intelligence from company GIST under the name, System GIST Controlling, in each faze will be defined ways of dimensional models, according this ways, the preparation of solutions of this dimensional models in Manpower. In practical part of the project, will be specified the ways that were described in the first part, according this ways I will describe dimension of indicators which is the part of Business Intelligence application in Manpower. Consequently will be created a data base scheme which is making data warehouse. Following on communication with customer who is end user in Manpower will be qualify of the advantages and disadvantages of this solution. The own project solution is description of current BI application in Manpower from predefined plan and suggestions for the optimization of solution on the bases of detected errors that were defined by the end users of Manpower.

Corporate culture and its role in management of Human resources.

The principal objektive of this dissertation was confrontation of three firms from aspect corporate culture. The questionnaire, interviews and observational Metod were used for the research and for an understanding with culture of the chosen firms. According to the dissertation results, it could be said that corporate cultures of the firms are in another level. The corporate culture of building firm approximate to an the corporate culture in the knowledge corporation, the vertical and horizontal communication in the firm is very good level. There are tendencys of utilization and understanding of manpower as most important bussines capital in farming bussines. Is here the effort of creation powerfull and healthy corporate culture. There is marked power following distance, counterproductive optimal evolution of corporate culture. Top management master and take control of tasks and staff the only carry out tasks. For the future developement and reinforcement of corporate culture is recommended management training for the understanding of corporate culture, more effective utilization of human ressources, improvements in communication and knot how in the firms and the transparent remuneration system.
