Optimization of an aircraft wing rib
Kopřiva, Lubomír ; Suchánek, Miroslav (referee) ; Petruška, Jindřich (advisor)
Topology optimization is a method providing new direction in designing of a technical objects. The aim of topology optimization is to find optimal distribution of material in design space. This diploma thesis is focused on optimization of aircraft wing rib num.6 of the airplane EV-55 using a software HW/Optistruct 7.0 implemented in a software package HyperWorks 7.0. The optimization of the rib was calculated under four different load cases. Resulting shapes of the rib were then tested by strenght calculations in software ANSYS 10.0. Finally, the obtained data of weights of optimized ribs were compared with the weight of the original rib.

Applied automation between security network components in operational networks
Possibilities of influencing compliance with following diabetic regimes from the perspective of nutrition therapist
Kučerová, Denisa ; Vachek, Jan (advisor) ; Zakiyanov, Oskar (referee)
Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease that occurs either when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin or when the body cannot effectively use the insulin it produces. Only in the Czech Republic, we detect over one million people diagnosed with this disease. By 2045, over 700 million people are predicted to be diagnosed with diabetes worldwide (Global diabetes data report 2000 - 2045 (diabetesatlas.org)). Medical community and pharmaceutical companies give big importance and pay significant attention to the development of innovative ways of treatment. Nowadays, there is a wide range of treatment available, but only hand in hand with the right compliance and patient's motivation can medical treatment bring the desired outcome. This bachelor thesis aims to explore the level of awareness among diabetic patients about the disease itself and nutrition knowledge through out a questionnaire survey. The main part of the thesis describes factors that can help with the patient's motivation. Questionnaire survey was used in a set of 271 patients treated in Klatovska nemocnice. Results of the survey are presented in the form of graphs. Results of the survey show that men are more satisfied with the ongoing threatment than females. On the other hand, both men and women do not view the level of education...
Application of EU legislation requirements in UAS operation
Khairullov, Ruslan ; Kružlicová, Alžbeta (referee) ; Chlebek, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis addresses the legal requirements for operating drones and covers topics such as drone registration, licensing and compliance with specific flying regulations. The practical part of this thesis focuses on the process of categorising drone operations and determining the appropriate category based on the associated risks. A detailed drone registration scheme is also presented, complete with the necessary documents required for registration and operational changes. The conclusions of this thesis serve as a valuable resource for drone operators and offer a practical perspective on the legal and operational aspects of drone use in the Czech Republic. The comprehensive flowchart presented in this thesis provides a step-by-step guide to the procedures necessary for the legal operation of drones.
Compliance with mode measures by the anticoagulative treatment in primary medical care
PROCHÁZKOVÁ, Alexandra
The goal of my bachelor´s thesis has been a description of state compliance with patients taking Warfarin and afterwards the relationship between measurement of compliance and occurrence of complications related to the treatment with Warfarin. Concurrently, compliance from the point of age and gender has been meant to be supported. The theoretical part has been dedicated to anticoagulative treatment with emphasis on Warfarin, education and patient´s compliance by observance of mode measures related to treatment with Warfarin. Quantitative research survey has been chosen to process this bachelor´s thesis with using of technique of data collecting with a form of an anonymous unstandardized questionnaire survey. The survey team has consisted of the patients in České Budějovice taking Warfarin. Three hypotheses have been specified in connection with the goal of this thesis. We have assumed by the two mentioned hypotheses such a kind of relation between the state compliance connected to their age, then between mode compliance and their gender. By the third hypothesis we have claimed that occurrence that could have been related to the mode compliance. Thanks to the given results we have found out that there is no relation to their age or gender by the patients taking Warfarin, but there is a relation to the patients taking Warfarin and mode compliance. Beyond the given goal we have come to the conclusion that compliance is related to the achieved education and also it decreases with its length. The results could be used as a material for nurses´ education in surgeries or for general practitioners in some other hospitals. There has been pointed out the necessity of a proper education, patients awareness and importance of mutual relations and communication. These facts could influence the patient´s contribution to mode treatment and increase its success rate. This work provides complete information regarding treatment with Warfarin and also possible consequences by using wrong patient´s compliance.
Patients compliance during the process of weight reduction
ŠPAČKOVÁ, Kateřina
This bachelor thesis deals with patients compliance during the process of weight reduction. The thesis aims to chart patients compliance during the process of weight reduction. The theoretical part defines overweight and obesity and its variations, prevention, causes, diagnostic and treatment. The next chapter deals with compliance and definition of nutritional therapist and nutritional advice. The last chapter of the theoretical part describes recommendations for weight loss, specifically proportionate amount of energy, advice on nutritional and physical activities, also psychological recommendations for sleep. The practical part was founded on qualitative research, specifically case studies containing interviews, anthropometrical data, bioimpedance records and menus. In the beginning, there were eleven respondents taking part in the practical part but two of them resigned. Two research questions were raised upon the practical part. The first one tried to determine what factors are involved in patients compliance during the process of weight reduction. The second one tried to determine what is the real nutritional and energy intake during the process of weight reduction. Obtained data was later transcribed and later evaluated in the software program Nutriservis professional. Obtained data show patients abide by the recommended regime in different rates case by case as in active cooperation with it. Out of the most common factors determining patients compliance, we may highlight the support by close ones, checks up in nutritional counselling office, fear of illness or stress. Menu records show the real nutritional and energy intake of patients corresponds to the set-up reduction regime. Problems occurred case by case i.e. with fibre intake. Results of the thesis might be used as a source for education material or as a general guideline helping cooperation of patients in the nutritional counselling office.

Sources are not only from the field of financial regulation and supervision, but also from other fields. These form the basic framework for closer investigation of several supervisory/regulatory approaches. Then pros and cons of several regulatory approaches are evaluated. These are: responsive regulation, smart regulation, principles-based regulation and anticipatory regulation. One part is dedicated to evaluating conclusions drawn from real experiences with implementation of yet another approach, cooperative regulation (which has some similar characteristics with the others) in the field of tax regulation...
