Economic evaluation of expediency of housing

The work is aimed to define financial aspect of living, which is determined mainly for young people. The work is especially focused on collecting sources to fund the building of a house for family. The result will be built in Vrádište, Slovakia. The informations and materials will be obtained from Slovak sources. At the next part it'll be comparised with sources from Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to decide on specific pair of young people if they will be able to fund their own construction of house and from which sources of finance. There will be represented examples for financing and following evaluation of the cost linked within.
The Creditworthiness of the Client in the Non-banking Entity

The topic of the bachelor thesis is lending to individuals with non-banks in the current situation of the Czech Republic. It focuses primarily on the assessment system of individuals nonbank companies and determining the creditworthiness of individuals and conditions of cash loans for existing and new clients. The comparison is made on the basis of analysis of the client's choice nonbank companies.
Appraisal of the development of interest rates and exchange rates for selected countries

In the beginning this thesis deals with the theory of the exchange rate, its quotations, significance of its economic effect and ultimately the parity rate of interest, which is divided into a covered and an uncovered interest parity. It is followed by the methodology, which includes formulas and procedures used to achieve the aim. The most important part is the practical part, which deals with the general presentation of selected countries (Czech Republic, Republic of Poland, Hungary, Republic of Croatia and Romania) in terms of significant macroeconomic indicators and also shows the development of the exchange rates and interest rates in those countries. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on the verification of the uncovered interest parity by means of a graphical analysis, a regression analysis and a paired t-test. In view of results of these methods the conclusion was reached, that the theory has not been proven. The last two chapters describe the differences between the results of the selected countries and the possible reasons for the failure of the uncovered interest rate parity.
Selection of Investment Credit for Self-employed Person in the Contemporary Conditions of the Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis work is to provide an overview of investment loans. The thesis focuses on issues related to the provision of investment loans to self-employed person by commercial banks and co-operative thrift. On the basis of the information on the provision of financial services in the contemporary conditions of the Czech Republic, it was found that of the following institutions provides the best investment loan for self-employed person.
