Skiing as a leisuretime activity for people with disabilities

The final bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of skiing as a leasuretime aktivity for people with disabilities. The theoretical part of the thesis contains the possibilities and ways of skiing for people with disabilities, the most common disabilities in connection with skiing, teaching methodology, the work of a ski assistant or instructor, the impact of sport on health condition and socialization of person. The practical part of the thesis contains research in the field of skiing for poeple with disabilities. The main aim of the research was to find out information, knowledge, skills and attitude of ski instructors to teach people with disabilities. As follows from the text, the respondents of the questionnaire survey, which was carried out using quantitative method, were ski instructors operating in the Czech republic and abroad. Parental evenings with teachers-beginners

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of parental evenings and their associated preparation, realization, process and communication of beginning teachers of primary school with pupils' parents. The aim of the diploma thesis is to create a set of procedures and recommendations based on the data obtained from starting teachers and parents, which have been successfully implemented in practice and can be inspired not only by other novice teachers. In the theoretical part, the diploma thesis identifies competencies that enable the teacher to effectively manage this professional situation and, on the basis of professional literature, it provides examples of conduct that contribute to better preparation and process of parental evenings. Research in the empirical part follows the cases of four beginning teachers. Methods which were used are observation, semi-structured interview and questionnaire. The research of this diploma thesis lasted for six months, during which were observed parental evenings, followed by interviews with beginning teachers. Determination of Arsenic Using UV-photochemical Generation of the Volatile Species in Formic Acid Medium with AAS Detection

V této bakalářské práci byla nejprve sestavena aparatura pro stanovení arsenu pomocí UV-fotochemického generování jeho těkavé sloučeniny s AAS detekcí a byly optimalizovány experimentální podmínky navrhované metody. Klíčovými parametry byly: délka reakční cívky ozařované UV světlem; místo zavádění reakčního plynu (vodíku) před UV-fotoreaktor a nosného plynu (argonu) před UV-fotoreaktor a do separátoru fází a jejich průtoky; koncentrace kyseliny mravenčí v nosném roztoku a jeho průtoková rychlost a velikost dávkovaného objemu vzorku. Za optimálních podmínek navrhované metody byla naměřena kalibrační závislost. Pro porovnání výsledků bylo použito stanovení arsenu pomocí chemického generování jeho hydridu. Z porovnání těchto metod vychází chemické generování jednoznačně jako metoda citlivější, protože lze stanovovat koncentrace již od 5,7 ppb As, zatímco metodou UV-fotochemického generování lze stanovovat koncentrace až od 150 ppb As. Za stávajících podmínek je UV-fotochemické generování těkavých sloučenin z důvodu velmi nízké citlivosti (přibližně 16,5 % oproti chemickému generování) pro stanovení arsenu nevhodné.
