Motivation of students to study Pre-school Teacher Training, for the teaching profession

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of motivating students to study Kindergarten Teaching at the Faculty of Education in České Budějovice and preparing students for the profession of kindergarten teacher as part of preparatory education. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the students' motives for studying the given field of study. In the theoretical part, the basic terms related to the teaching profession are explained. The focus is on the concept of teacher, then it is devoted to the concept of motivation and types of motivation and the career path of a teacher, with which the concepts of professional vision and professional portfolio are also connected. The last chapter in this section is dedicated to the current research in the given area. The practical part presents the results of a research study carried out through essays focused on motivational factors among full-time students of the 1st year of Kindergarten Teaching.
The Town and Nature

This bachelor thesis analyzes relationship between town and nature within the city, the inner nature, and its changes during the history of Western culture. This relationship is revealing through culturological point of view, thus interdisciplinary. This bachelor thesis goes from fields of historical anthropology, philosophy, philosophical anthropology and architecture. I perceive town as one of the most important features of human culture, that this artificial living space created, and it's further influenced. The relationship of city and nature is treated as expression of natural forces with which the man met during its existence, in the form of architecture, and the transfer of the nature into this artificial world in the form of gardens and parks, as an inner nature. Theatre and new media

The aim of this work is to describe and analyze the relation between theatre and new media. This is realized by definition of new media, definition of theatre, its origin and chronological development, description of the chronological development of theatre technologies and by analysis of the relationship between theatre and new media from three viewpoints: through plays incorporating elements of new media, plays using new media as a part of scenography, and plays playing about new media; with focus on Czech cultural environment. The practical part of the diploma work shows the use of new media in current theatre on a real play from these three viewpoints. The undertaken analysis discovered new media are used in theatre not only as a part of scenography, but influence theatre by its characteristic principles and become the main topic of theatre plays, following the chosen theory which sees theatre as a reflection of the world. The result of this work is a complex study of interconnecting theatre and technology focusing on new media and analysis of their relation to the current theatre.
