Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem motivace studentů ke studiu Učitelství pro mateřské školy na Pedagogické fakultě v Českých Budějovicích a přípravou studentů na profesi učitele v mateřské škole v rámci přípravného vzdělávání. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit motivy studentů ke studiu daného oboru. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy vztahující se k učitelské profesi. Pozornost je kladena na pojem učitel, dále se věnuje pojmu motivace a druhy motivace a profesní dráze učitele, s čímž se pojí i pojmy profesní vidění a profesní portfolio. Poslední kapitola v této části je věnována dosavadním výzkumům v dané oblasti. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumného šetření realizovaného prostřednictvím esejí zaměřených na motivační faktory u studentů prezenčního studia 1. ročníku oboru Učitelství pro mateřské školy The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of motivating students to study Kindergarten Teaching at the Faculty of Education in České Budějovice and preparing students for the profession of kindergarten teacher as part of preparatory education. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the students' motives for studying the given field of study. In the theoretical part, the basic terms related to the teaching profession are explained. The focus is on the concept of teacher, then it is devoted to the concept of motivation and types of motivation and the career path of a teacher, with which the concepts of professional vision and professional portfolio are also connected. The last chapter in this section is dedicated to the current research in the given area. The practical part presents the results of a research study carried out through essays focused on motivational factors among full-time students of the 1st year of Kindergarten Teaching.
