The use of BH carbonates in organocatalytic transformations
Tichá, Iveta ; Veselý, Jan (advisor) ; Jindřich, Jindřich (referee)
This diploma thesis is focused on the preparation of enantiomerically pure compounds based on organocatalytic allylic substitution using Baylis-Hillman carbonates. As selected substrates for the allylic substitution were chosen α-azidoketones such as azidoacetophenone, 2-azido-1-indanone and then heterocyclic compounds (N-phenylrhodanine and its derivate) belonging to the pharmaceutical privileged compounds. Other substrate for allylic substitution was allylmalononitrile. In addition, this thesis includes with synthesis of cyclic compounds based on the reaction of products of allylmalononitrile with B-H carbonates using olefin metathesis.
Synthesis of cyclodextrin derivatives for organocatalysis
Chena Tichá, Iveta
Synthesis of cyclodextrin derivatives for organocatalysis This doctoral thesis examines the preparation of new cyclodextrin (CD) derivatives suitable for organocatalysis. The aim of this work is to prepare monosubstituted and disubstituted CD derivatives as organocatalysts for different types of enantioselective reactions potentially performed in water. In addition, disubstituted CD derivatives require considering the potential mixture of regioisomers and pseudoenantiomers. Thus, this thesis is divided into several sections - preparation of CD precursors and derivatives for organocatalysis, preparation of pure regioisomers and pseudoenantiomers of disubstituted CDs and final application of CD derivatives in enantioselective reactions. Furthermore, this thesis also focuses on the molecular modeling of the prepared CD derivatives and on their catalytic activity in silico. The first section covers the preparation of new disubstituted CD precursors as pure regioisomers for organocatalysts, specifically to develop a new method for the preparation of heterodisubstituted AC regioisomers on the primary rim of α-CD. This section also includes the determination of the regioisomer ratios of common α-CD intermediates disubstituted on the primary rim to evaluate their potential as precursors in organocatalysis....
Cooperation of social and health services within the framework of mental health care with regard to the ongoing reform of psychiatric care
Tichá, Iveta ; Dragomirecká, Eva (advisor) ; Dvořáková, Monika (referee)
The diploma thesis deals with the cooperation of health and social services in the field of mental health care with regard to the ongoing reform of psychiatric care in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of this work consists of defining the concept of mental illness, also deals with social and health services in the field of psychiatric care, discusses the reform of psychiatric care and cooperation of services. The empirical part examines what the current situation in the field of cooperation of services looks like, collects suggestions and tools for better functioning of these services and defines the views of direct care workers on the situation. The empirical part is performed by the method of questionnaire survey. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out what the current situation looks like and what tools would help to better cooperation of these services.

The analysis of the labour market in the selected region
Tichá, Iveta ; Homolka, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Martina, Martina (referee)
The aim of the thesis called The analysis of the labour market in the selected region is a description and evaluation of the situation on the labour market, employment and unemployment in the Šluknov foothills. The theoretical part explains the concept of the labour market, basic characteristics and labour supply and demand. Furthermore, the theoretical part defines the employment, unemployment and describes the types and measuring of the unemployment, risk groups of the unemployed, active employment policy and the active employment policy instruments. The practical part characterizes the Šluknov foothills with the description of the individual municipalities located within this area. The practical part also describes the current situation of the labour market. On the basis of the questionnaire survey is the situation of the local labour market, the attitudes, feelings and the experiences of unemployed persons of over 50 years of age that are registered at the labour office for a long time charted.
Sulfur-containing compounds in \kur{Ferula} species
TICHÁ, Iveta
The theoretical part of the Bachelor thesis is focused on Ferula genus plants, their significance, occurrence and usage. The thesis also deals with their sulfur-containing compounds and the formation pathways of the sulfur compounds occurring in the Allium genus. In the experimental part, the most important Ferula volatile sulfur compounds and their possible precursor are investigated. The precursor was suggested on the basis of the principle of similar sulfur compounds in Ferula genus plants and Allium genus plants.
