Cílem bakalářské práce Analýza trhu práce ve vybraném regionu je popis a zhodnocení situací na trhu práce, zaměstnaností a nezaměstnaností ve Šluknovském výběžku. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje pojem trh práce, základní charakteristiky, nabídku a poptávku po práci. Dále je v teoretické části definována zaměstnanost, nezaměstnanost a jsou popsány druhy nezaměstnanosti, měření nezaměstnanosti, rizikové skupiny nezaměstnaných, aktivní politika zaměstnanosti a nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. V praktické části práce je charakterizován Šluknovský výběžek, včetně jednotlivých obcí spadajících do tohoto území. Popisována je aktuální situace na trhu práce. Na základě dotazníkového šetření je zhodnocena situace na místním trhu práce, postoje, pocity a zkušenosti nezaměstnaných osob starších 50 let evidovaných na úřadu práce. The aim of the thesis called The analysis of the labour market in the selected region is a description and evaluation of the situation on the labour market, employment and unemployment in the Šluknov foothills. The theoretical part explains the concept of the labour market, basic characteristics and labour supply and demand. Furthermore, the theoretical part defines the employment, unemployment and describes the types and measuring of the unemployment, risk groups of the unemployed, active employment policy and the active employment policy instruments. The practical part characterizes the Šluknov foothills with the description of the individual municipalities located within this area. The practical part also describes the current situation of the labour market. On the basis of the questionnaire survey is the situation of the local labour market, the attitudes, feelings and the experiences of unemployed persons of over 50 years of age that are registered at the labour office for a long time charted.
