Abstract This bachelor's thesis deal with processing of the desing documentation in state of documentatoin for construction of detached house. Desing documentation is not complete as prescribed No. 62/2013 Coll., Amending Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on Contructoin documentatoin. It includes only part A (Data Accompanyning Report), B (Summary techical report), C (Situational drawings), D.1.1 (Architectural an Building solutions), D.1.3 (Fire safety solutions) of Appendix 6 of this Decree. Further is processed thermal-technical partial basement and two above ground floors. Building is based on flat terrain in Bruntál for inhabitation 4 - 5 family members.

The main objective is making the project according to technical standards, laws, technical regulations for building construction. Documents provide for urban, architectural and engineering solutions, design and description of the required information about the construction, plans for implementation. The task of the thesis project documentation solution for building construction on a house with a family establishment. The drawings were executed in AutoCAD. The building is designed homes. The building's basement with two floors. Premises will be used as a specialized bike shop. The building is from the system Porotherm, covered with a shed roof and flat roof.

The impact of communication mix on young consumers from a Czech and American perspective.

This thesis provides facts about how the activities of marketing professionals aimed at attracting children shape their parents. The theoretical part provides information about the main tools of the communication mix and applies the theory to child consumption behavior. Based on research from 2013 and 2016, the practical part examines the development of attitudes and opinions of parents as well as children. These results are extended from an American perspective. The goal of this part is to find out the trends of marketing activities and the related behavior of young and adult consumers. The first research done in 2013 was conducted on randomly selected second-grade children at Josef Hlávka elementary school in Přeštice. Pupils were asked about their relationship with shopping, how they influence their parents while shopping, and how they spend their free time. The same research was repeated three years later. For the purpose of comparative analysis, respondents were again second-grade students of the same elementary school. The results are described in this thesis. Additionally, parents of these pupils were asked in both periods of time through questionnaires to add their opinion on the shopping power of their children.

ILIDE2016: conference report

Konference ILIDE2016 poskytla svým účastníkům širokou možnost konfrontace s trendy a posledními informacemi k tématu digitalizace, dlouhodobého uložení a efektivního zpřístupnění digitálního obsahu. Program byl zahájen předkonferenčním workshopem. Součástí akce byla prezentace firem. Na konferenci byl i dostatečný časový prostor pro osobní setkání s jednotlivými účastníky, přednášejícími a zástupci vystavujících firem.

Pokles cen akcií v ex-dividend den a efektivnost trhů s akciovými opcemi

This paper analyses options/warrants price behavior around an ex-dividend day of underlying shares. Both equity options as financial instruments traded on options exchanges, and warrants/certificates as OTC financial instruments are analyzed. First, the paper analyzes the ex-dividend day share price drop. Findings of this part are further used to analyze the impact of unexpected share price decline on options prices. Further, the paper focuses on volumes of traded options contracts and changes in options prices around the ex-dividend day. The paper focuses on European shares and related options and warrants. The options data was collected from the options exchange EUREX and also from several OTC sources -- Vontobel, Lang & Schwarz, Erste, and xMarkets by Deutsche Börse. The main aim of the paper is to identify market inefficiencies in trading in and valuation of equity options. There are two main conclusions that around the ex-dividend day there is a significantly increased trading activity and the call options depreciate whereas put options appreciate between the cum-dividend and the ex-dividend day. This shows insufficient implementation of the share price drops into options valuation models of options dealers or investors / speculators. Further an impact of unexpected share price behavior was analyzed but no particular pattern has been identified. The impact of the unexpected share price drop (either too high or too low) has ambiguous implications on the options prices. Finally, ways how to utilize on knowledge of inefficient trading in options around the ex-dividend day were suggested. The suggestions were done both from the perspective of an investor / speculator and of an options dealer.

Konference Digital Library poskytla svým účastníkům širokou možnost konfrontace s trendy a posledními informacemi k tématu digitálních knihoven, digitalizace, dlouhodobého uložení a efektivního zpřístupnění digitálního obsahu. Zazněly i příspěvky týkající se ochrany a uložení historických fondů. Program byl zahájen dvěma tematickými workshopy, setkání členů konsorcia SciFinder a prezentace Fedora a Islandora. Součástí akce byla prezentace firem. Na konferenci byl i dostatečný časový prostor pro osobní setkání s jednotlivými účastníky, přednášejícími a zástupci vystavujících firem.

ELAG conference 2014

Konference ELAG 2014 se konala 10. - 13. 6. 2014 v Bathu ve Velké Británii. Pořádající institucí byla University of Bath. Konference byla zaměřena na stávájící i budoucí vývoj v knihovnách – hlavním tématem bylo “Lingering Gold” (Přetrvávající zlato).
