The Evaluation of Company Efficiency

For these purposes the analysis of current situation and historical trend is made by methods of financial analysis. Next part attends to SWOT analysis of the company. The final section is based on founded conclusion and contains definition of current situation, evaluation of potential risks and suggestions for improvement.

Comparison of lease and loan financing for real estate acquisition from the investor's perspective Abstract The thesis is devoted to the comparison of two methods of financing real estate acquisition. Throughout the thesis the emphasis is on the person of the investor, through whose point of view the whole issue is looked at. The aim is to comprehensively compare credit financing and finance lease within the framework of finance law. Firstly, some of the terms used in this thesis are defined, especially the person of the investor, what can be considered as an investment and what should be its objective. At the same time, the range of banks whose methodologies have been taken into account in this work is defined. The second chapter is devoted to the concept of credit financing, which is discussed first from the perspective of current legislation. Subsequently, I discuss the different types and forms of credit that can be encountered in practice and their possible use in financing an investment. Next part is devoted to consumer credit and consumer protection, which may be of the greatest advantage to a certain group of investors. I also deal with credit from building savings and its specifics. The largest part of the second chapter then consists of loans secured by real estate, also known as mortgages. I...

Impact resistence on nanocomposite Mo-B-C- and W-B-C coatings deposited using magnetron sputtering technique

Recently, based on attractive mechanical properties of boride and carbide based X2BC ternary compounds (X = Mo, W and Ta) they became subjects of both theoretical calculations and experimental work. In the case of stoichiometric composition, X2BC with X = Mo, W and Ta are very promising candidates for protection of cutting and forming tools due to their unusually stiffness and moderate ductility.\nIn this work we focus on nanostructured Mo-B-C and W-B-C layers grown by magnetron sputtering on high speed steel (HSS) substrates. Mechanical properties of the layers were characterized by nanoindentation experiments in both static and dynamic loading regimes. Elastic modulus, indentation hardness and fracture resistance were evaluated and discussed. The fracture resistance of both Mo-B-C and W-B-C coatings was compared using both indentation and dynamic impact tests.\n

Implementation of ERP solutions in the enterprise environment

The diploma thesis focuses on implementation of ERP solution produced by SAP, especially on implementation methodology and project definition, in a company environment. The main aim of this thesis is to devise methodology based on ASAP methodology using experience from previous projects of the company I work for. This company specializes in software implementation. This text reveals phases of a project in great details, defines it and describes implementation methodology including outputs and aims. The text also includes a brief description of not only ERP system, but also SAP HANA system. SAP HANA (at the time of writing this text) is an innovative product. Finally, SAP HANA installation is briefly described along with ERP, considering the previously created methodology.
