Checking of clinical functions in patients with multiple cerebrospinal sclerosis - changes after the aerobic training

The aim of the this dissertation was to introduce a set of examinations of clinical functions in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS), which would be optimum for utilisation in physiotherapeutic practice, and also to compare changes to the individual examinations of this set after the patients underwent therapy consisting of aerobics training. We also monitored the persistence of the therapy's effect a month after its termination. The research was conducted on a set of 6 probands in the case of whom MS had been definitively confirmed, motor handicaps predominated, and the EDSS ranking was 3 to 5. Aerobic training took place twice a week for eight weeks. The intensity and length délka zátěže were stipulated individually according to the zátěžového vyšetření. After the therapy there were significant improvements (a p-value less than 0.05) only in the examination of cognitive functions, though we recorded a relatively significant improvement (a p-value of almost 0.05) in the case of investigations of balance, the functions of the upper limbs, and trembling in the upper limbs. On the other hand there was a relatively significant deterioration in the investigation of dysmetry in the lower limbs. Topic of this work was evaluation of spermatozoa of shepherd dog breeds, where we took a closer look on evaluation of dog ejaculate quality from FCI I. group. In this work the basic methods of ejaculate evaluation were mentioned as well as special evaluation methods, with focus on durability tests for needs of fresh semen insemination with use of special solutions. For our purposes were chosen 7 dogs, 5 of them were Czechoslo-vakian shepherd of one owner and 2 dogs were German shepherd breed of the second owner. For the best elimination of environmental influences on results these dogs were masturbated in home environment. As solutions we used UHT milk, dry milk, Androhep, Androstar, stallion solution and distilled water. We used standard mathematical-statistic methods for data evaluation.

Small sacral buildings in the area Macha region

Abstract
The thesis maps and identifies a small religious monuments in the countryside and smaller settlements in the cadastral area municipalities Association Macha, which is located in the southwestern part of the Liberec region and its southern edge, which is Kokorin, extends into the Central Region. These small structures of sacred significance were set up at intersections of roads, trade routes, near Wells, but as expressions of gratitude and remembrance to joyful, significant and tragic event. Each of these small sacred building affects perception of a person's environment, enriching area villages and landscapes, along with accompanying greenery which acted as a refuge on the road, landmark or feature lightning form a common artistic and traditional value. His mission lost partially or completely inappropriate transfer.
The main benefit and purpose of this work is to determine the current state of these monuments in the area, and create a detailed catalog, serving as a source of information for tourism, regional development, such as integration into existing and also into emerging hiking, biking and nature trails, but also as the basis for a partial analysis in the evaluation of the landscape, the creation of the zoning plan, the draft plan during land consolidation or the needs of a particular community.
The catalog is compiled on the basis of professional and regional literature, detailed field survey, including cadastral territory of the municipalities that are part of the voluntary association of municipalities Macha maps and testimonies of some residents is compiled catalog of small sacred buildings. Buildings are photographically documented and described both in terms of the status quo, and in terms of landscape significance here is the location of the building indicating the GPS coordinates and plotting the current actual map of the selected area.

Bachelor work is targeted on evaluation of ejaculate quality of FCI I dogs. In this work there are described basic quality evaluation methods of ejaculate and special examination of ejaculate. We have special interested in sperm survival test. Practice part is dedicated to sperm activity in different number of sampling in five different solutions and evaluated in room temperature. There are also described different options how to elong ability to use dog sperm for insemination. Gathered data and their evaluation will be used for master's degree.

Defines technical and economical characteristics, lists international agreements and czech and european legislation regarding both biotechnologies. Introduces opinions and analyses positions of selected political subjects as UNO, WTO, OECD, EU, catholic church and main czech political parties.
