The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design and elaboration of project documentation for the new construction of the Rezidence apartment building. The proposed building is located in Brno, in the Slatina district, and is located on land that is protected by an agricultural land fund, so it will be necessary to remove it from the ZPF. This plot is not located in a flooded or mined area. It is a detached building, which has four floors above ground and one underground floor. In the new building there are 12 residential units of 3 + kk and 1 + kk. In the basement there is a cellar for each apartment. In the first half there is a bike shed / carriage house, a cleaning room and a workshop with a warehouse, in the second half there are two technical rooms and a warehouse. On the first floor there is an entrance to the building, a laundry room with a drying room, a gym for the inhabitants of the house and two 1 + kk apartment units. On the second and third floor 4 units of size 1 + kk and on the top floor 2 residential units of size 3 + kk. From the second floor, each apartment has a balcony. These apartments are designed primarily for students, couples, or even a starting family. Each floor is connected by a three-armed reinforced concrete staircase, which is complemented by an elevator. The house is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips in combination with lost formwork. The vertical load-bearing structures in the basement are made up of lost formwork, the load-bearing structures above the ground are made of ceramic blocks, which are insulated with a ventilated façade and equipped with a Bond SK1 façade sandwich cassette. The horizontal load-bearing structures form a semi-assembled Porotherm system. The whole building is covered by a single-skin vegetation-retention flat roof. The new apartment building is designed to be very economical.
Detached house Březolupy

The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to develop the design documentation for the construction of the detached house with an establishment which is a rehabilitation surgery in Březolupy. It is a single-family home. The building has a partial basement, the ground floor and the first floor. Functionally it is divided into two parts, which are the detached house for four-member family and the rehabilitation surgery for one doctor, which is single-storey with a trapezoid floor plan. The two parts are not connected. The structure of the building is proposed as a traditional masonry building, walls in the basement are made of concrete blocks of permanent formwork. The ground floor is made of brick blocks. The horizontal load-bearing structures consits of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete floors. The roof structure of the detached house is designed as a flat roof, and there is a green roof designed above the garage and surgery. The facade of the building is designed partly as the ETICS and partly as ventilated facade with timber cladding.
Detached house with business establishment

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design new detached house with business establishment. The building is situated in Drásov. This family house is designed for four family members and business establishment is designed as a photo studio. The detached house is designed as separate building with two-strey which is partly basement. This section is connected with two single-storey parts with functions of establishment and garage. The main entrance is situated to the north and the establishment to the west. There are three parking spots next to the establishment. The main living rooms are situated to the south. The structural system of the building is designed from clay masonry type Therm. Ceilings are designed as monolithic constructions. The roof of the family house and establishment is designed as a saddle. And there is a single-layer flat green roof over the garage.
Apartment house

The subject of my bachelor thesis is project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The apartment building is located in city district Praha 14 – Černý Most and designed as three floors terraced building with two receding floors on the south side. The ground floor consists of technical, storage, and parking spaces. On the second and third floor are two apartment units sized 2+KC (kitchen corner) and two apartment units sized 3+KC. Each individual apartment has its own terrace situated to the south, accessible through an all-glass wall made off of sliding HS portals. Construction system is combination of masonry wall system and cast in place concrete wall system. The building is based on concrete foundation strips. Vertical load-bearing construction on the ground floor is made of cast in place reinforced concrete, and in the floors above as ceramic blocks. The ceiling construction above the ground floor is also designed as cast in place reinforced concrete ceiling and in the grounds above as prefabricated. The roof is solved as single-layer flat roof. The cover of the building is insulated by a contact thermal insulation system ETICS. Part of the building includes internal and external parking places.
Evaluation of the costs of an investment apartment during the operational phase of its life cycle

This thesis evaluates the costs associated with owning an investment apartment unit during the operational phase of the life cycle. Its aim was to identify the individual costs that are related to the investment in the apartment unit and to determine their share in the total operating cost. The thesis examined each cost item and identified the costs it generates in turn. Subsequently, the information found was applied to a model investment property case, thereby cash flows could be compiled over a thirty-year evaluation period. The thesis concluded by comparing the identified costs with the services offered in the market that focus on investment property management.
Detached house - Újezd u Tišnova

In this thesis we study a family house together with a service station for cars as one building. The house is designed as single-staired with a cellar. The roof is set to be flat. The layout (3 rooms and kitchen placed in one of the rooms) is meant for four family members. The house is built from earthen blocks Porotherm and the ceiling is composed of earthen plugs Porotherm. Wall constructions bellow the terrain level is solved by losing permanent insulated formwork. The object is based on concrete line. The house is situated in a sloping terrain towards east in Újezd u Tišnova.
Apartment house

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the creation of design documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The building is located on a slightly sloping plot. The apartment building is designed as a stepped house with terraces and retreating stories. It has two floors and a basement, which is partly underground and part protrudes above the ground. There is a garage compound with four parking spaces In the basement. On the first floor there are 2 apartments with a layout of 3 rooms + a kitchenette. On the second floor there are 2 apartments with a layout of 2 rooms + a kitchenette. A walled structural system is being used. The external masonry in the basement is made out of permanent formwork from concrete blocks. The external masonry of the above-ground floors is made of Porotherm ceramic masonry and is insulated with external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). The internal masonry is made of Porotherm ceramic masonry units. The structure is based on strips foundation and is roofed by a warm flat roof. The horizontal structures are made of prestressed concrete Spiroll panels and monolithic reinforced concrete slabs.
Multifunctional Building

The subject of the thesis is the development of a project for a multifunctional building between U Hajenky and Koksová Streets in Ostrava. The building has five floors with one underground floor with a collective garage for parking. On the first floor there are commercial spaces. The following floors are used for housing (14 residential units). The building has a combined support system based on piles. In 1.PP and 1.NP - reinforced concrete walls and columns. 2.ND-4.ND – load-bearing masonry walls, sand-lime bricks. The building is roofed with a flat roof. The multifunctional building is designed on a slope.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to develop project documention for object at the realization of building faze. The solve object is a detached apartment building with 3 above ground floors and 1 underground floor. The building is designed at flat terrain in marginal, growing part of town Frýdek-Místek. In the new builing is draft altogether 5 housing units with diferent size and disposition with total capacity 12 individuals. The foundation structure is chosen in the form of foundation strips. The walls are masonery-like made from ceramic blocks. Ceilling constractions are projected as cast-in-place reinforced concrete ceiling. The objekt is covered by single-skin flat roof. In the first and second floor is over the hole east, south and west part balcony. In the ground floor is in the same position terasse. Insulation of the building is thought as contact system ETICS.

This bachelor thesis deals with design of a four-storey partly basement apartment house. The building is located in the city of Krnov in the cadastral area of Krnov – Horní předměstí. The buidling is designed as a monofunctional and will be used for permanent housing. Except for the fourth floor, there are always three residential units on the floor with access to the loggia. On the fourth floor there are two residential units. In the basement of the building there are cellars for every unit, spaces for technical equipment of the building. The object is a regular rectangular shape with a cutout. The horizontal and vertical construction structures is made of the Porotherm system. The roofing of the building is solved by means of a single-skin flat roof. The bachelor thesis is prepared in the form of project documentation for building implementation.
