Obsahem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby bytového domu. Bytový dům je situován v městské části Praha 14 – Černý Most. Bytový dům je navržen tří podlažní terasový, se dvěma ustupujícími podlažími z jižní strany. Přízemí objektu tvoří technické, skladovací a parkovací prostory. Ve druhém a třetím nadzemním podlaží jsou bytové jednotky o velikosti 2x 3+KK a 2x 2+KK. Každý jednotlivý byt má vlastní terasu orientovanou na jih, přístupnou přes celoskleněnou stěnu, tvořenou posuvnými HS portály. Konstrukční systém je stěnový kombinovaný zděný a monolitický. Založení objektu je navrženo ze základových pasů. Svislé nosné konstrukce v přízemí jsou navrženy jako monolitické, v patrech zděné z keramických tvárnic. Stropní konstrukce nad přízemím je navržena monolitická, nad patry prefabrikovaná. Zastřešení je řešeno plochou jednoplášťovou střechou. Obálka budovy je zateplena kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Součástí stavby jsou vnitřní a vnější parkovací stání. The subject of my bachelor thesis is project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The apartment building is located in city district Praha 14 – Černý Most and designed as three floors terraced building with two receding floors on the south side. The ground floor consists of technical, storage, and parking spaces. On the second and third floor are two apartment units sized 2+KC (kitchen corner) and two apartment units sized 3+KC. Each individual apartment has its own terrace situated to the south, accessible through an all-glass wall made off of sliding HS portals. Construction system is combination of masonry wall system and cast in place concrete wall system. The building is based on concrete foundation strips. Vertical load-bearing construction on the ground floor is made of cast in place reinforced concrete, and in the floors above as ceramic blocks. The ceiling construction above the ground floor is also designed as cast in place reinforced concrete ceiling and in the grounds above as prefabricated. The roof is solved as single-layer flat roof. The cover of the building is insulated by a contact thermal insulation system ETICS. Part of the building includes internal and external parking places.
