In the first part of the thesis, the theoretical Framework of founding a business subject is described. The second part is practical. This part describes founding of the new company. The practical part describes the analysis of micro, macro and SWOT analysis . The third part is devoted to the financial plan, which describes in detail the expenses and revenues of new a firm.

The main objective of bachelor thesis is business plan elaboration for e sport bar establishment in Brno city. Theoretical part is focused on defining basic concepts of businesses. Information from theoretical part is used in practical part. Practical part is focused on analysis of market and business environment. For purpose of research in communities with potential customers the survey was made. Business plan proposal is based on the information from previous work. Results of the research and evaluation of feasibility are described in conclusion.

This diploma thesis describes the creation of a business plan for a small company which deals mainly with the production of carbon-composite cylinders and shafts. The aim of the thesis is to find a conceptual solution how to ensure profitability of the company. The thesis describes methods of internal and strategic analysis and together with interviews with potential clients builds a probable financial plan and based on it offers conclusions.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the recycling of plastics and the analysis of the recycling process of PET bottles in the company PETKA CZ, a.s. In the last analysis of the work influencing the ways to obtain input material for the production of recycling from PET bottles, management of plastic waste, proposals for improving the production of this company and at the same time the possibilities of reducing waste in the production of recycling. Furthermore, this work describes the legislative regulation of environmental protection, general principles of recycling, how to recycle the company PETKA CZ, a.s. It currently determines and at the same time how we could recycle this to use in the future.

The theoretical part is used as input for the practical part which analyses the company called Kimberly-Clark Ltd. The last part describes the proposal how to improve the current situation of the company.

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the financial situation and the performance of the company Metal Working CZ, s.r.o. over the years 2011 - 2016. The theoretical part focuses on the information sources for the financial analysis, for the methods that have been used and for the objectives of financial analysis. The practical part describes basic information about the company and fourthermore applies the methods of the financial analysis. The financial indicators are calculated and in detail discussed. Based on these results, new solutions were proposed in order to improve the financial situation of the company.

The Evaluation of the Company´s Financial Situation

This thesis deals with proposing proposals to improve company's financial situation. The aim is to provide a comprehensive overview of the current financial situation and give the company effective proposals to improve the financial situation. The financial situation will be determined by the means of financial analysis or indicators which financial analysis offers. The first part is theoretical, second is analytical and the third are the proposals. In the theoretical part I am mentioning the basic information about the financial analysis, necessary documents, and I will explain all the indicators applied. In the analytical part as first I will introduce the selected company and then I will provide basic information about the company and the rest of the analytical section is devoted to the application of financial analysis on the company using proven methods and procedures. In the end I will propose solutions to improve company's financial situation.

Evaluation of the travel agency's financial performance using benchmarking approach

The Master’s thesis deals with the financial performance ratings of the selected travel agency during the years 2012 – 2016 with using benchmarking and financial analysis. The first part of thesis focuses on description of basic terms and methodological procedures, which are used for company performance evaluation. In the second part of thesis, these findings are practically applied and are made analysis of the current situation of the company and its closest competitions. Based on information from the analysis are presented the proposals, which improve a financial position company.
