Alternative methods in managing postoperative pain in living donor renal transplantant recipients

The main criteria for managing good postoperative care include the effective and appropriate choice of pain therapy. Experiencing pain is a purely individual feeling for each of us, so it is very important to have adequate and sufficient analgesia during this period. Modern management of post-operative pain therapy uses preparations of various pharmacological groups that potentiate and thereby more effectively reduce pain. By this mechanism, we can reduce the total dose of analgesics given, and more particularly, reduce the dose of opioids that have a higher risk of side effects. In this project i want to show how the analgesic catheter could be useful as alternative possibility in algorithm therapy of postoperative pain. Analgesic catheter enable continual local anesthetics administration, exactly 0,5% bupivacaine, which is operating in surgical wound. Main goal of the study is to find out and verify if analgesic catheter is method which provides continual analgesia strong enough to results in lower use of opioids. The research data will be determined by quantitative research using a questionnaire survey. Draft of the System of Evaluation of Employees

The thesis deals with a most topical issue which is the staff evaluation relating to the remuneration. The purpose of the thesis is to propose a staff evaluation system. The first part gives a definition of the evaluation, a detailed description of the meaning and the goals of the evaluation, the best-known methods of the evaluation and component steps leading to the implementation of the evaluation system. The research represents a proposed evaluation system which was introduced to a company. The proposal was gradually modified according to the requirements of the owners and managers. Some reactions and pieces of knowledge relating to the evaluation system were found out during the process itself. The evaluation system has been completely worked out and is prepared to be implemented. The thesis is a kind of qualitative research. The design is represented by an action research.

Quality of turf on golf field Mystěves and recommendation of management

For this bachelor thesis was selected eighteen hole golf course - golf complex Myštěves. Golf Course was founded in 2001 commissioning znormovaného public course. In 2003 opened the first nine holes Club Course and in 2010 opened the second club nine, so that efforts to complete a good eighteen-hole course. Visitor statistics were monitored throughout the season 2012. This monitoring was carried out using an Internet portal TEE-TIME. This observation was statistically evaluated. During the 2012 season was visited golf complex Myštěves 6054 players. Most players have been recorded in the month of August and that 1375 players. In contrast, the least-visited month was November 2012, when the total number of players was only 156th. Speed measurements using two different greens "Stimpmetru" showed that in most measurements, the moving speed of greens at optimal levels, which is very favorable. Soil reaction on the greens, the whole course is at optimal levels, thus not need to have to modify it. This is due to soil conditions and fertilizers used. For monitoring pest was found to occur in a given location in a small extent. In contrast, algae, magical circularity grass, dry grass and small ohniskovitosti plísňovitosti lawn was highest in the summer months when this increase was supported by changeable weather with alternating rain and hot days.
