This bachelor thesis deals with solution for waste gases exhaustion system above the sinter grate. The first part is dedicated to the general treatise about sinter grate, its operations and individual modifications. Another part looks into issues covering placing of the cover above the sinter grate. Proposal of optimal solution of the waste gases exhaustion system is done in last part, where are described reasons, which lead to its choice.

Bearings are described with emphasis on their construction, lubrication and arrangements. In the end of this thesis there is a comparison of mentioned kinds of bearings for machine spindles.

Single-purpose machine for mounting of thermostat

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to design a single-purpose machine for completion the thermostat into combustion engine of a vehicle. First of all, it is necessary to design a conceptual solution that is able to lay down the thermostat in the shortest possible time, will not conflict with construction restrictions, the installation dimensions, and last but not least, the machine will be ergonomic and user-friendly. The subsequently selected variant will be designed and based on the drawing documentation will be produced a single-purpose machine, which will operate in three-shift work.

The aim of this bachelor work is design and construction of chopper bicycle designed for promotional purposes. The first part is defining chopper bike and it's suitability for promotional purposes. The second part deals with the concept of solution options and selecting solutions for construction of bicycle. The final draft of construction and economic evaluation addresses the third part.

Experimental Study of the Efect of Lubricants on Rolling Contact Life

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to summarize the art of state in the area of the contact fatigue, lubricants and detection of the rolling contact fatigue exploiting the acoustic emission method. In the experimental part of this bachelor’s thesis are performed the rolling contact testing for the standard grease and the lubricant with EP additives by marginal exploiting the acoustic emission method. The effect of the lubricants on the rolling contact life is evaluated by basic rating life L10 stated by using Weibull distribution.

This bachelor thesis deals with a design of single cylinder compressor. The thesis contains basic calculations and proposal of compression unit completed with drawing documentation. Finally the thesis proposes the concept of compression unit along with a pressure tank and a drive placed together on the carrying frame.

Construction of molds for rubber molding

This Bachelor’s thesis contains the general body of knowledge related to theory of injection molds for rubber molding. There is also described a designing procedure of mold for rubber cuff which will be used as a protection against the dust and other impurities. The output is a 3D model of injection mold made in SolidWorks 2015 and 2D documentation of chosen parts.

Design of gearing between transmission and alternator for drive of the superstructure of the heavy truck

This Bachelor´s Thesis presents an engineering design of gearing between transmis-sion and alternator for drive of the superstructure of the heavy truck. The gear ratio from engine to the output of transmission is 0,432 for normal constant meshing or 0,538 for reduced constant meshing. The performance of truck is 270 kW at 1800 rpm and torque 1850 N.m at 1000 +200 rpm. The thesis is focused on engineering design of location change of dynamo and not only to reduce the possibility of collisions between the chassis and the V-belt but also to make the whole construction simpler.

Ramps and other devices for the entrance of handicapped to the buses

The bachelor work brings the critical assessment of the construction solutions of the aids for boarding of the physically handicapped persons in the busses of the municipal mass transportation and at the same time it deals with design of some tipping ramp variants, which try to improve the faults of the present ramps. The first part contains the review of the present situation of the aids for boarding and entrance of the physically handicapped persons. The second part contains the designs of the construction solutions, which could be of use in the busses of the municipal mass transportation. And in the last part are these designs reviewed and compared each other.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is design of mechanical elaboration and manufacturing of patented bowling ball equipped by submerging grasp. The introduction is about given task and it shows a possible solution. In the next part of thesis are described different mechanisms which can be used inside of the ball. Third part is about design of every single component, choice of its material and about other properties which are necessary for the correct function of suitable system.
