Customer Satisfaction Analysis of the Selected Company and Proposals for its Improvement.

This diploma thesis deals with customer satisfaction analysis of Hospoda U Hlaváčů using a questionnaire survey and provides proposals for its improvement. The thesis is based on a comparison of theoretical knowledge with practical skills. Theoretical part is focused on market research, customer and questionnaire survey. The practical part analyses and elaborates the obtained results. Based on the data evaluation, several areas requiring improvement were indicated. Proposals to increase the level of customer satisfaction and development of provided services are given.

Steam generator for nuclear power plant with fast reactor

The aim of the project is to design a steam generator in which the sodium flows pipeline hand, and on the other hand, water flow and water vapor (H2O). The main idea of this thesis is to propose such a steam generator, to avoid or eliminate the possibility of adverse reactions of sodium with water and, if this phenomenon occurs, thus minimizing the damage caused by this reaction. The work contains information on the implementation of steam, steam option, the necessary calculations for the design and construction and evaluation.

Assessing the Occupational Safety and Health Risk in the Power Industry

The master thesis deals with security in the energy sector. As it is historically clear that the vast majority of accidents, incidents, injuries and other negative occasions were caused by the human factor. Therefore, the first goal of this work was to find a solution for the purpose of reducing the possibility of arising these problems. Therefore, attention was focused on the investigation and subsequent determination of a working safe climate within the researched company, which aims to prevent the emergence of serious situations, as this method is based on behavioural theories that take into account the study of human factors. The second partial goal of this diploma thesis was to determine the degree of security required for the production area of the company so that the basic safety requirements are met, and last but not least, the model situation of securing the production power unit is shown too.

This bachelor thesis is focused on Business plan for a start-up company which is offering leather shoulder bag, which is easily applied to bicycle handlebar. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Bachelor thesis includes theoretical knowledge about the business, which you need to develop a business plan. The practical part focuses on developing business start-up for a product named Bishbag. It includes a proposal for start-up and pointing to the possibility of realization, marketing as a whole, distribution, promotion, SWOT analysis and more detailed analysis of this plan.
