The subject of this thesis is the diagnostic investigation of block A in the object at Rumiště 8, Brno. The work includes theoretical knowledge of technical surveys and diagnostic methods and their evaluation to identify the essential characteristics of masonry and timber structures. In the practical part is the diagnostic investigation processed. Part of the diagnostic investigation is the determination of material characteristics of the structure. At the end of the thesis is an assessment of the structure.

The fracture behaviour of metallic alloys with low toughness level

The diploma thesis is focused on determining mechanical properties of alloys produced by powder metallurgy methods. Two alloys were studied, namely a highly entropic CrMnFeCoNi alloy and an oxide dispersion-strenthened FeAlO alloy. Both alloys were made in laboratory amount of test material and miniature test specimens were used to measure their mechanical properties. The main goal of the diploma thesis was to develop a crack preparation methodology, to examine and to evaluate the properties of miniature test specimens for materials with low levels of resilience. In the analytical part of the thesis, tensile and deformation properties and fracture toughness of both alloys were measured. For the highly-entropic CrMnFeCoNi alloy, the thesis focused on the effect of the strain rate on the properties of the alloy. For the oxide dispersion-strenthened FeAlO, the effect of temperature in the 23-600 °C temperature range on its mechanical properties was studied.

Effect of electron beam remeltin on binary mixtures deposited by the cold spray method

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the effect of an electron beam remelting on binary mixtures of Fe-Al and Ni-Al, which were deposited by Cold spray. The Research study is focused on the basic principles of function and usage of the electron beam technology and the Cold spray method. Furthermore, binary systems of Fe-Al and Ni-Al are, along with their binary diagrams, also described in this part. In the Experimental part, the samples were remelted by an electron beam and consequently, the changes in microstucture were examined using electron and optical microscope.

The effect of fibres addition on the properties of brick body

This diploma thesis will discuss possibilities of using inorganic fibers to improve the mechanical properties of the resulting physical body bricks. Assessment of the effect of fiber length, fiber thickness is in the order of micrometers. In this work we were used fibers which are commercially produced for the purpose of reinforcement, but also waste fibers, which mainly serves as an insulator.

Multifunctional building

The main concern of this thesis work is the five-storey multifunction building. The house will consist of 22 residential units and one barrier-free apartment to which they belong cellar and two establishments. The building will have four above ground and one underground floor.

Sales Promotion and Advertising of Company

The bachelor thesis is focused about marketing communication, especially on sales promotion and advertising of the company Binderberger CZ s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three parts, while the first part is focused on theory. The second part of the thesis presents and evaluates the current state of the company and its surroundings, while it is extended by structured interviews and observation. The last part consists of proposals for improving of marketing communication, these proposals are based on analyses performed in the second part.

Exploitation of Infrared Spectroscopy for Determination of Polymer Admixtures in Cement Composites

In the thesis deals with the possibilities of determining the amount of polymer additives FTIR. Are described in detail various polymeric ingredients which are used in concrete mixtures. Then thoroughly discuss the use of recyclable polymer additives polyvinylbutyral (PVB), its production, the primary use, recycling and subsequent use. Next, I will discuss methods for determining the amount of polymer in the substance. In the experimental part were blended with several samples with different percentage for each polymer. Where we conducted appropriate tests and assessments, and individual samples are briefly described, evaluated and compared.

This thesis focuses in the evulation of the financial situation of the company ABC, s. r. o. between 2015 and 2019. The thesis consists of three parts. The firts part focuses on theoretical underpinnings, the aims and applied methods. The second part lists the basic information about the company and provides a calculation of key financial matrics. The last part is dedicated to suggestions for improvements to the financial situation of the company.
