Electrodynamic forces in low voltage switchgear assembly

This bachelor thesis is focusd on issues of forces which are consecquences of an electrical current in an electric low-voltage switchboards. These forces are an effect of the magnetic fields arised from the electric current flowing in a circuit. We have to design electric switchboards which are in the process of use with emhasis on their safety, because the arisen forces are very high especially in a short-circuit. Each of new construction of an electric switchboard has to pass the type test in a testing laboratory for garanting their safety in operation. This thesis also examines the simulation on 3D model of an electric switch board by OEZ.

Alternative beverages of probiotic character

Bachelor thesis deals with explanation of therm probiotics, properties of each probiotic bacteria genuses. preparation of coffee and tea, and also deals with probiotic coffee and tea and molekular diagostic methods which were used during bachelor thesis. There were used mikrobiological and molecular diagnostic methods for analysis of probiotic coffee and teas. Namely for confirmation of bacterial genus Bacillus and for confirmation of survavibility of Bacillus during high temperatures. Presence of bacterial DNA in samples of coffee and teas was confirmed by conventional PCR method and by real-time PCR method. Survibility of genus Bacillus during high temperaturewas confirmed by PMA-PCR method.

Comparative analysis of the demographic situation in the Czech-German borderland in the period 1992-2007

The presented diploma thesis aims to analyse and evaluate the development of demographic situation in the Czech-German borderland in the transformational period (1992-2007). We define the Czech- German borderland as the area of 14 Czech districts bordering on Germany, which we further devide according to the borders with the neighbouring federal country to the Bavarian and the Saxon section. 11 indicators in total enter the comparative analysis, which characterize the age structure and the aging of the population, fertility and mortality, natural reproduction, migration and the total population development. The comparison is carried out in three dimensions: a) between the Czech-German borderland and the averadge level of the Czech Republic; b) between the Bavarian and Saxon section; c) among the districts in the Czech-German borderland. Analysis verifies specific position of the surveyed area from the point of the population development in the Czech Republic. The Czech-German borderland features younger age structure, higher level of fertility and natural reproduction, worse mortality and lower rate of net migration. Personality Typology of Ice Hockey Player

Název diplomové práce: Osobnostní typologie hráče ledního hokeje Název diplomové práce v angličtině: Persona! typology ofice hockey player Cíl práce: Cílem práce je zdokumentovat rozdíly v temperamentu hráčů ledního hokeje juniorské kategorie z hlediska jejich role, výkonnosti, věku a úrovně ligy kterou hrají. Metoda řešení: Zkoumaný vzorek tvořilo 5 družstev z 1. juniorské hokejové ligy a 5 družstev z extraligy juniorů. Hráčům byl předložen Eysenckův osobnostní dotazník (EPI), který byl vyhodnocen standartním způsobem. Získané hodnoty extraverze a neuroticismu byly z hlediska statistické významnosti srovnávány v hlediscích výkonnosti (reprezentant- extraligový hráč - prvoligový hráč), úrovně ligy (extraliga- l.liga), věku a specifické role hráčů (útočník - obránce - brankař) ve statistickém programu CNSS 6.0. Jako statistická metoda pro srovnání hodnot byla použita MANOVA analýza. Výsledky: Statisticky významné rozdíly v hodnotách extraverze a neuroticismu určujících temperament hráče jsme zaznamenali při srovnání hráčů z hlediska úrovně ligy kterou hrají a jejich výkonnosti. Statisticky nevýznamné rozdíly v hodnotách extraverze a neuroticismu JSme zaznamenali při srovnání hráčů z hlediska jejich role a věku.
