Menšík, Jakub ; Dytrych, Jaroslav (referee) ; Smrž, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this work is to design and implement system for plagiarism identification based on a huge dataset.
Prediction of Exchange Rate Movements on Forex
Balog, Miroslav ; Menšík, Jakub (referee) ; Budík, Jan (advisor)
The thesis deals with the possibility of prediction of the exchange rate on forex. The combination of Elliott wave principle and Fibonacci numbers examines to what extent and in what time periods it is possible to predict exchange rate. The thesis use fundamental analysis and MACD oscillator to confirm the accuracy of this prediction.

Graphics Intro 64kB Using OpenGL
Menšík, Jakub ; Milet, Tomáš (referee) ; Matýšek, Michal (advisor)
This Bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of a graphics intro with the executable file size limited to 64kB. The graphics intro is created using the OpenGL API and related libraries. The thesis describes many techniques for a graphics content generation including procedural generation, Perlin noise, mipmaps, volumetric light, face culling, instancing, fog, skybox, and techniques used for reduction of a size of the executable files. The result is a graphical intro showing a night city.
Rendering of Voxel-Based Scenes Using Real-Time Ray Tracing
Menšík, Jakub ; Milet, Tomáš (referee) ; Matýšek, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this work was to create a program to visualize voxel scenes in real time using ray tracing. It included the study of various methods of such a rendering with a focus on shadows. The solution was created using Unity engine and experimental packages Unity Jobs and Burst. The thesis presents multiple ray tracing passes and SVGF technique, that is used to turn a noisy input into full edge-preserving image. The final program is able to render hard shadows, soft shadows, and ambient occlusion at speed of fifty frames per second.
Design and Optimization of Automatic Trading System for Forex
Dufek, Radim ; Menšík, Jakub (referee) ; Budík, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and optimization of an automatic trading system based on trend indicators. This thesis describes entire proces of system development from its parts to the whole system. It focuses on the optimization of each part and the complete system. This thesis also describes the testing proces of the systém on historical data and its application on the latest data.

Quaternary molluscs of Blanský les
Menšík, Jakub ; Juřičková, Lucie (advisor) ; Pokorný, Petr (referee)
Rich mollusc assemblages preserved in two profiles of fossiliferous sediment in the Blanský les area, provided the evidence about the Late Glacial and Holocene in this region, which is one of the most faunistically known areas of Central Europe. Findings of Quaternary faunas are very rare in Southern Bohemia, so these two soil profiles near Český Krumlov are so important for understanding the postglacial succession of Central Europe. The fossil mollusc assemblages showed an early appearance of forest species, which dominated both sites from the Boreal till Subboreal. Forest development in the Holocene Climatic Optimum reached a maximum, due to the absence of Neolithic man. Steppe species almost completely disappeared during this period. The development of the Young Holocene was linked to a decrease of the forest on the first site and the deforestation of the second site, due to a combination of a humidity decrease and human impact. In addition, some southern elements involved in the postglacial colonization of Central Europe, were found there. A few of them were found in a much older deposit than expected.
