The subject of diploma thesis is geodetic survey of real state of object with historical meaning in municipality Vikantice and subsequent creation of drawing documentation and 3D model of that building. The purpose was to create documentation that will serve as remembrance for owner of thebuilding. Text part of thesis describes locality, measurement procedures and processing methods, process of creation drawing documentation of building and 3D model. Overall result of thesis include drawings of floor plans and sections in electronical and printed form, 3D model in electronical form and preview of elevations in printed form.

Somatism in Czech and German Phraseology

This Master's Thesis deals with the linguistic picture of the particular somatisms in Czech; their emergence is then compared with their equivalents in German. The theoretical part explains the basis of cognitive and cultural linguistics as linguistic picture of the world, categorization, anthropocentrism, metaphor, metonymy and linguistics in the context of cognitive science. The practical part summarizes the particular use of somatisms within the phraseological units of both languages. The analysis is based on the the profile theory and its image schema. This language background is accompanied by the non-linguistic discipline, psychosomatics, whose premises proved to be useful.

Somatisms in Czech Phraseology (The Respiratory System)

The bachelor thesis deals with the linguistic picture of the world of somatic idioms with components of the respiratory system, namely the nose, throat, lungs, diaphragm, and bronchi. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts and fundamentals of cognitive and cultural linguistics, primarily focusing on cognitive linguistics, the linguistic picture of the world and its definition and properties, anthropocentrism, the theory of conceptual / imaginary schemes, metaphors, metonymy and its types, and last but not least, phraseology. The practical part is organised into chapters, each of which revolves around a single corresponding somatism. Their etymological and anatomical characteristics are discussed, as are particular semantic areas and idioms in which the somatisms play a primary role. Lastly, those imaginary schemes thar are involved in the conceptualization of a given organ in the linguistic picture of the world are presented. The thesis is supplemented with the knowledge of psychosomatics which, given the premises of some idioms being conditioned directly by psychosomatics itself, have turned out to be of great utility.

Legal capacity proceedings

This thesis examines legal capacity and its restriction. The legal capacity of a person makes along with his legal personality an inherent and inalienable component of his personality that enables him to act legally. It is therefore a prerequisite of his self-realization and active participation in society. Legal capacity and legal personality are components so significant, that they cannot be relinquished. Not even partially. Unlike legal personality, a person's legal capacity can be restricted by a court order. And it is the very legal capacity proceeding, this thesis focuses on. In view of the fact, that procedural law is reflected in substantive law, part of this thesis also concerns with the analysis of legislation contained within the Civil Code (Act. No. 89/2012 Coll.). The thesis thoroughly analyses individual stages of a legal capacity proceeding and the subsequent legal provisions and court decisions. The thesis is divided into two parts and eight chapters. The first part discusses substantive regulations of legal capacity. In the introduction to the first chapter, I draw attention to an alteration in legal terminology and a new conception of legal capacity restriction according to the legal regulation that came into force on the 1st of January 2014. Germination seeds by different temperature conditions

This thesis deals with the biology, occurrence, harmfulness and control selected weed. The thesis aims to process the selected weeds in stands of cultivated crops overview of the biology, extension and suggest regulatory measures for especially dangerous weeds on arable land as for example Redroot pigweed (Amaranthus retroflexus L.), Cleavers (Galium aparine L.), Field pennycress (Thlaspi arvense L.), Shepherd's purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris L.) and Gallant soldier (Galinsoga parviflora Cav.).For selected species was determined germination seeds by different temperature conditions and by different seed depth.

The questions about leisure time of children and youth

The bachelor final work ?The questions about leisure time of children and youth ?deals with questions of teenage free time and factors, which participate on choice of free time activities. In the theoretical part scientific literature was elaborated and the first chapter characterizes family and its influence on selection of interest activities. Basic legal regulations concerning this topic are depicted in the next chapter. Conceptions of upbringing and free time are defined and characterized in the other chapters. The last chapter describes institutions which handle with free time education. The practical part is primarily focused on searching for differences of spending free time of children and youth in families, which profess a religious belief and in non-religious families. In the practical part there are given three hypotheses.
