Evaluation of Projects in Support of 1.1 Increasing Adaptability and Competitiveness

The Topic of the Diploma Thesis Is an Implementation of Projects Founded by EU, More Specifically the Area of Support 1.1 Increasing Employee Adaptability and Enterprise Competitiveness. The Aim of the Thesis Is to Evaluate, whether the Implementation of Projects under Call no. 35 "Training Is a Chance" Can Be Considered Successful, Both from the Governing Body- and the Applicant's Perspective. The Operational Objective Is to Identify Causes of Difficulties in Administration of Projects Founded by EU by using Ishikawa diagram. In accordance with Pareto principle, the Main Causes Are Defined Together with a Proposal of their Solution. The Final Thesis Can Be Used as a Tool to Draw Attention to the Risk Situations on a Project, Both for Potential Applicants for Subsidies and Administrators in Governing Body.
Proposal Forms of Presentation of Faculty of Management for Foreign Students

The presented master thesis is focused on targeted communication and a college`s presentation for exchange students. It mainly deals with factors of foreign students which influence a process of choosing a particular school or faculty and their transfer to the content of the communication messages. The master thesis should help affectively addressing a specific segment of foreign students from chosen countries who are considering participating the ERASMUS programme, i.e. go to study abroad, thus they are potential students of the Faculty of Management (FM). This should lead to the full participation of the Faculty of Management in the ERASMUS programme, where the Faculty of Management would become a received institution, not only the sourced one. The main objective of the presented master thesis is to postulate an appropriate presenation`s form and content of comprehensive offer for foreing students which will be suitable with their wishes, needs and expectations. In order to achieve the main objective is conducted a survey among foreign students of chosen partner universities of University of Economics, Prague (UEP) at bachelor study programme. Its outpust are used to identify the main motives and incentives for decision to study abroad and selection of the host country and the host university or the faculty. These findings are transformed into proposition of the presentation in condition of the Faculty of Management and the town of Jindrichuv Hradec.
Analysis of the involvement of stakeholders in the implementation of the policy priorities of tourism

The thesis inquires into the issue of involving stakeholders in the process of implementation of the regional strategy for tourism development, in which the priorities for the realisation of tourism politics in a given area are indicated. This process is being investigated in two domestic regions and one region abroad. The aim of this work is to formulate a set of measures based on identified good practices that will lead to an improvement of the process of involving stakeholders in the implementation strategy for the development of tourism in the South Bohemian Region. To achieve the objective, the thesis utilises findings from previous research, which is then developed towards the proposal and verification of the methodology for determining the attitudes of key groups of stakeholders towards the process of cooperation with the regional destination management organization during the implementation of the development strategy, or rather its priorities
Application of management decisions in the financing of non-profit project

This thesis deals with issues of project financing in a non-profit sector. Using management decisions approach tries to contribute to finding a suitable portfolio of financing the Experience Pilsen! project. The goal is to identify, through the decision-making process, such possible solutions that lead to ensuring financial stability in the new project period. The thesis reviews the decision-making process from the analyzing the situation to the selection of the optimum variants. Analysis to determine the decision-making situation, consultations with experts and decision tree methods such as causal relations, the Six thinking hats method and other methods are used. Based on the gathered information a support resources portfolio is designed. It represents a set of optimal variants of solving the decision-making problem.
Business Plan of the new Tourism Product in Jindřichův Hradec

The goal of this dissertation is to create a real project for a new product of tourism, which will be able to come reality during 2016. This new product is combination of trip, discovering local food and local producers of traditional meals and cooking lessons. The first part of this work focuses on traveling, new trend in it and marketing in tourist trade. The second part is dedicated to concrete business plan. Submitter is company O.C. Business Group s.r.o. and also is a implementer. This company had specific demands and this work fits with them. The business plan shows high potential in that tourist product.
The Problem of Declining Attendance Area of the Camping Praha Klánovice Company

The thesis deals with the loss of customers in the subject of tourism Camping Praha Klánovice. The aim is to analyze the problem and to propose appropriate solutions of this problem, respectively to remove the main causes that cause declining attendance. The basic pillar for understanding the internal and external environment is the detailed strategic analysis, which is then supplemented by methods used to solve problems (Ishikawa diagram, Brainstorming, TOPSIS). The output of the thesis is to suggest solutions that will help again increase the attendance of this subject.
Analysis of the state strategic documents of municipalities at the beginning of the new programming period

This thesis deals with the strategic plan, which is described from the perspective of creation and related processes and procedures in the theoretical part. Work is devoted to the analysis of the content and form of the plan. From this perspective, addressing the status of the plans and their quality in selected cities of various sizes in the South Region in the new programming period 2014-2020 and further analysis are compared both programming periods 2007-2013 and 2014-2020. The selected cities are Pisek, Strakonice, Milevsko, Protivin, Blatná and Vodňany. Such research sample was chosen to represent the county and smaller cities, where there is a significant change in strategy documents compared to cities of a higher category.
Communication mix analysis - the case of turism in Třebíč

This dissertation analyses different tools of marketing communication used within the hospitality field in town of Trebic. Goals of this paper are parts of two research questions: 'how visitors assess current communication channels used by the town to present the most significant historical monuments' and 'if the current content of communication reflects the main reasons for visits of the monuments'. A survey filled out by visitors was used in order to collect data for the research. Final summary is clearly elaborated in the coincidence matrix. Based on the description of the current situation, including the method of comparison and synthesis, the tactical measures reflecting identified weaknesses and strengths of communication are suggested.
Comparison of chosen Macroeconomic Indicators of the Czech republic and Japan

The aim of this diploma thesis is comparison and analysis of chosen macroeconomic indicators of the Czech republic and Japan and illustration of the difference between them before and after the 2008 world economic crisis. This text deals especially with gross domestic product and development of the economic growth. Next, the thesis deals with international trade which means comparison of export and import of various products. The last part describes the difference in development of unemployment in the Czech republic and Japan.
Selected Factors of Competitiveness of Tourist Destinations

The subject of the thesis named "The selected factors of competitiveness of tourist destinations", is defining issues of the regions, regional competitiveness and ways to measure it. This work is divided into two parts. In theoretical part I describe the characteristics of tourism, the competitiveness of tourism and ways of its measuring. In the practical part I concentrate on the Shumava-west microregion, analysis of selected factors of destination competitiveness and comparison of selected factors of competitiveness of two microregions. The conclusion consists of summary rating and improving proposals for the status of the Shumava-west microregion on the tourism market.
