In his work, taking into account each person's right to dissent and freedom of choice. Individual interventions proposed are the final premise or the best possible version of the story. I do not create a coherent architectural and urban design, but a comprehensive architectural and urban manual. Individual interventions together may or may not cooperate. The investor may be a city, a private company, enterprise, institution. They can happen suddenly or slowly and gradually over several decades. The main condition for the use of the manual is common sense. Manual force does not enforce his right. The transformation of the building must be carried out within the framework of voluntary and assessed as a good solution. The manual looks at the buildings individually, however, he must continue the one who uses it The manual takes into account the economy, the laws of physics and the freedom of human thought. It neglects the current system of cultural heritage and the current building legislation. The manual offers, but not required. Manual man needs more than one needs manual.

The aim of the work is to create sustainable housing on the neglected plot of the former football field on Červený kopec in Styria in Brno. The main qualities of the territory, forest, trees, thicket, are slowly, but surely breaking through strictly distributed houses and affecting lives of the inhabitants. If they want they can hide in their own center, if they want they can go and explore the wilderness, if they want they can find out what the neighbors are doing right now.

Project balances not only on the edge of collective and individual, but goes beyond and takes a closer look at different forms of community housing. It is not limited to one form of community hosuing thus creates a network of different forms and their possibilities. The aim of the project is to help solve the housing crisis and provide affordable housing to different social, economic and age groups. At the same time, it responds to the current state of the plot, which has the character of vague terrain. It is a place of something that is nothing but at the same time something. The space is difficult to define and each of us can assign a different value to the space. It carries layers of history, greenery and small worlds which the deisgn respects and provides enough space for their random expansion.

Prázdny priestor na úpätí Červeného kopca tvorí hranicu medzi rýchlym mestským životom a pokojnou prírodnou atmosférou. Prepojením týchto dvoj entít vzniká príjemné prostredie malých bytových domov s dedinským charakterom. Ľudia tu žijú v komunite, navzájom si pomáhajú a trávia svoj voľný čas v prírode, ktorá má neobmedzené možnosti. Je to miesto, kde si každý nájde čo potrebuje. Miesto, ktoré ukazuje, že aj bývanie v meste vie mať úplne iný charakter

Třída Kapitána Jaroše, an urbanistically rich, historically and culturally significant street not far from the center of Brno, ending with Lužánky Park. Until now, it has been used as a parking lot, a drive-through and a shortcut through the street block. The proposal deals with the use of the plot despite its great limitations. The feature I chose is the theater costume gallery.
