Variable Intake manifold for 16V Engine

Aim of the diploma thesis is to design intake ducting with variable cross-section for 16V diesel engine consisting from divided intake manifold and divided ejector. Cross-section variability is ensured by a swirl flap placed in the divided ejector. Next aim of thesis is to provide drawing documentation for production of samples. For designing was used PTC Creo system and software GeomCaliper. Also was taken account of manufacturing of the parts with sand-casting, especially to guarantee trouble-free taking out of models from the moulds, and taking out of cores from core moulds, and also for machinability of some elements. Introduction of thesis is focused on diesel engine emissions and ways of their reduction.

Heating of the Multifunctional Building

This diploma thesis proposes the heating system and ventilation in mixed-use building. The building is located in Uherské Hradiště. The object of this work is the selection of appropriate variants of two heat sources (gas boilers and solid fuel boiler). The project is focus on design of the heating system chosen mode of heating, which are gas boilers and the concept of forced ventilation. The theoretical part is focused on the regulation.

Design technology for the production of custom advertising article

The project worked out in the framework of the Bachelor's study presents a proposal of producing technology of an advertising article in shape of a razor blade made from stainless steel 316L, in jewellery commonly called surgical stainless steel. Expected batch production is 100 pieces. In the thesis is compared technology for the production on a knee-type CNC milling machine with a laser cutting machine. A production drawing of a razor blade is given as a material for manufacture. A part of this project is an economic evaluation and a conclusion of suggested technology.

Master's thesis deals with the possibility of expansion and the expansion of existing business with franchising chain.The creation of own franchising concept is still very scarcity in The Czech republic, because the possibility of expansion is not sufficiently well known to Czech entrepreneurs. The outcome of the work will be proposing the concept of franchising for the company AUTO HORÁK. The concept is designed to allow a basis for its expansion.

Microprocessor control of sensory platform

This dissertation deals with a development of MCU position steering application of two servomotors and with data process evaluation from a connected sensor for distance measuring as well. The connected sensor is adjustable as for azimuth and elevation. Data from the sensor will be useful both for instant evaluation according to preset criteria and for additional possible processing at PC. The development is to be carry out at MCU ATmega128. HMI is represented with keyboard, LCD and joystick. The result of the dissertation is to be adjusted for practical demo. This research has been supported by the Czech Ministry of Education in the frame of MSM 0021630529 Research Intention Inteligent Systems in Automation.

In Orderto Turn Attention to the Significance of the Monuments. The Image of Monument Conservation in Bohemia in the Period after the Establishment of the Central Commission

e founding and subsequent convening of the Central Commission for the Preservation and Research of Building Monuments (k. k. Central-Commission zur Erforschung und Erhaltung der Baudenkmale) in 1850/1853 represents a significant milestone in the history of monument conservation in the countries of the Habsburg Monarchy and has its place in Europe. e present dissertation traces the impact of the Central Commission's activities in Bohemia during the 1850s and early 1860s, which roughly corresponds to the time of K. Czoernig von Czoernhausen's presidency. In the introduction, attention is paid to a review of current texts on early conservation, their authors and the method of treatment of the topic. en the situation of the preservation of monuments in selected neighbouring and more distant European states (Baden, Württemberg, Prussia, Saxony, Styria, France) is outlined. e beginning of the Central Commission is connected with the recruitment and designation of conservators and correspondents to work at the sites. According to the files of the Presidium of the Bohemian Governorate, the process from the selection of candidates to their designation in 1854 has been carefully described. Works by "Netherlandish" masters od the 17th century from the collection of Count Humprecht Jan Černín

The first chapter of this work deals with the life of Count Humprecht Jan Černín, who was a leading Bohemian baroque art collector. The next chapter describes the formation of the Czernin picture gallery during the life of Humprecht Jan Černín, its development under his successors until it ceased to exist at the end of the 18th century, and a subsequent attempt to restore it. In the third chapter we come to the main theme - the collection of Netherlandish masters. I summarize the extant sources for this part of the collection and I describe its formation. I focus on the masters and themes which are represented in this collection and I examine the role played by Humprecht Jan Černín in their selection. The last chapter describes three paintings by Netherlandish masters from the collection of Humprecht Jan Černín, which have been preserved in Bohemia. I describe the literature relating to these works, their provenance, and also the painter, if we know who it was. I place the main emphasis on the themes of these paintings.
