The design and evaluation of economic efficiency thermal insulation composite system of the house with a government grant in the CR and SR

The aim of the master thesis is the assessment of the economic effectivity of thermal insulation with the state incentives in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. In the master thesis, the issue of investment, the possibilities of state funding of the construction industry, a detailed analysis of national funding programs aimed at promoting thermal insulation and the characteristics of thermal insulation contact system will be discussed with the focus on the design, realization management of the building and material possibilities. The output of the master thesis will be a proposal of a possible solution of thermal insulation contact system on a reference object. The financing of the investment will be compared in case of investment based on own resources or a bank loan, with the final assessment of economic efficiency with the use of insulation subsidy programs in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic.

This bachelor´s thesis examines influence of implementation of insulations against soil moisture and insulation of flat roofs on the price and quality of construction. The theoretical part describes the pricing, costs, costing, budgets and possible materials for insulation of buildings. In the practical part, technology of insulation for concrete construction of a house are selected, their characteristics, which may affect the structure are described and their budgets are calculated. Finally, the influence of insulation on the price and quality of construction is evaluated.

Financial assesment of reconstruction of family home

This thesis deals with the financing of the reconstruction of a family house. A proposal for a possible reconstruction will be made. Based on this proposal, a budget will be drawn from which the amount of funding needed will be developed. The aim of this work is to introduce possible options for financing the reconstruction of a family house and to determine the optimal solution.

The Impact of the Implementation of the Wall Construction on the Building Construction Cost

The first theoretical part of the thesis quotes different types of prices and methods of pricing, including the international pricing standards. The second theoretical part deals with history of civil engineering, sorts of building structure and their construction. The practical part of the thesis examines 6 variants of vertical building structures considering their prices, thickness of walling masonry and overall coefficient of heat transfer. Every structures cover description of their construction inclusive making reference to pros and cons. The outcome of each structure is presented in graphs. At the end of the thesis, one particular building material is chosen as the best, in accordance with the criterion hereinbefore.

This thesis is dedicated to the financing of public community and voluntary association of municipalities. The theoretical part is focused on Public procurement, public administration, the cooperation of municipalities, the functioning of voluntary unions of municipalities and ways of financing public investments. The aim of the thesis was to analyze voluntary unions of municipalities in the Moravian-Silesian Region and to assess the financing of a specific project built within the voluntary union of municipalities.

The benefits of the practical part will specifically identify funding options for the draft in question, to assess the economic efficiency and to offer specific investment recommendation.

This bachelor thesis deals with the impact of price of thermal insulation on total price and quality of detached house. This thesis is focussed on options of thermal insulations and evaluates properties and price. Theoretical part describes structural prices, costs, subsidy and options of thermal insulation systems. Practical part of this thesis describes proposes of insulation systems on specific detached house. In the final section of thesis is evaluated calculation of price and properties of every insulation system.
