The quality of cheeses on the Czech market

The goal of this thesis was to compare the quality of selected cheeses on the Czech market and determine whether the price affects the quality of the product. The theoretical part is a general description of the cheese, the legislative requirements for the quality of cheese and description of quality control mechanisms. The practical part of the thesis contains organoleptic test of selected cheeses. The conclusion summarizes all the findings.
The quality of meat products on the czech market

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issues of quality meat products on the czech market. The aim is to determine the selected preferences of consumers when buying sausages with a focus on the consumption of "spekacek". Further clarification of the marginal effect of chain stores on the quality of sausages. An essential part of the thesis is to define the legislative requirements and theoretical grounds. To meet its declared objectives, I conducted a survey among consumers, which was based on personal interviews. Subsequent analysis of information obtained from the answers of the respondents brought the findings of selected consumer preferences.
Application of quality control tools

This bachelor's thesis focuses on a quality management in the enterprise JE Plast s.r.o. The aim is to suggest possible ways of improving the quality of processes and production in the company and to show the potential use of the seven quality control tools. The work is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. Firstly, it describes theoretical concepts of quality and approaches to its management. Further, it deals with quality control legislation and provides an overview of quality management tools. In the practical part, there is description of the company JE Plast s.r.o. After that, the tools for specific production are applied. For this purpose, the author used data obtained during the monthly monitoring of production in the company. Finally is presented the evaluation of the resulting outputs and proposal how to make manufacturing processes more efficient. Outputs will be further delivered to the company JE Plast s.r.o.
Quality of products supplied by the company Prosport Praha s.r.o.

The aim of bachelor's thesis is to determine the satisfaction of customers with quality of products supplied by the company Prosport Praha s.r.o.. Investigation of customer satisfaction was realized by the questioning. To get more accurate information, this questioning was divided into two independent parts. The first part is oriented on the customers of e-shop Prosportshop.cz and the question-form was created in order to find, how the customers are satisfied with quality of products, that company supply, and with quality of customer service. The second part was related to the customers from business relations, because the main business activity of Prosport Praha s.r.o. is a wholesale. Aim of this part was to find, how this customers are satisfied with regular sales meetings, negotiation and process of warranty claims. Thesis summarizes the collected data and puts forward useful changes for future.
Quality of services in the insurance sector and options for improvement of Allianz pojistovna, a.s.

The bachelor thesis deals with the quality of services topic and its aim is to suggest options for improvement of the specific insurance company based on an analysis of quality insurance services in the Czech market. Survey among czech insurance companies clients served as a main instrument to meet the target. On the basis of the results, recommendations to improve the quality of services of Allianz pojistovna, a.s. were made at the end of the thesis.
Quality of services at dormitories of University of Economics in Prague

This Bachelor thesis deals with the quality issue of services at dormitories of University of Economics in Prague. The objective of this work is to compare and evaluate the quality of services at two dormitories by the chosen research method. Specificially, the comparison of the quality of services provided at two dormitories that are under control of Univesity of Economics in Prague, the dormitory Blanica and Jarov II. This work starts by defining the concepts associated with quality and service that are essential for clarifying this issue. It includes approaches to management of quality in services and to their continuous improvement. In this work are mentioned main features of service quality at dormitories, the characteristic of these dormitories and procedures of process for accommodation at dormitories. The main essence of this work is on-line questionnaire, which does not serve only for determinig student satisfaction with the services at dormitories, but also as basis for evaluating the quality of services and proposals for improvement. Evaluation and comparison of quality of services at both dormitories is processed on graphs and charts, which show individual results of research. The last step are proposals to improve the quality of services at dormitories, which are based on research results.
The Food Quality and its Influence on the Health of the Consumer

The objective of the text (my final thesis) is to ascertain a Czech consumer's eating habits, and his attitude towards the quality of food. Furthermore, the text deals with the impact of one's eating habits on his health, and all possible risks involved. When working on the text, the methods used were description and comparison. By the application of quantitative research technique--a questionnaire, I tried to compare the eating habits of college students with those of common population. The outcome of the questionnaire reveals the consumer's attitude towards eating, and points out to the most frequent mistakes the Czech consumer makes in his selection of food.
Analysis of ensuring health and safety at ZEA + spol. s r.o., business premises Dřevčický Park

This thesis is focused on analysis of ensuring health and safety at ZEA + spol. s r.o., in a business premises Dřevčický Park. The aim of this thesis is to draft measures to reduce risks and formulate and create documentation that the company has not created. In addition the aim is to identify omissions in keeping records in documentation and to identify errors in documentation of control and revision that were not eliminated. Meeting the targets will be achieved through the introduction of OHS, legislative requirements, methods of risk analysis, subsequent analysis of the current state of ensuring OHS in the premises, documentation and deficiencies. The managers will utilize the created documents, proposed measures and identifications of failure to ensure safety and avoid injuries and accidents. Restriction and reduction of the risks will influence safety of employees and customers. Created documents will complete and improve the current system of corporate documentation.
ANALYSIS OF THE EVERFIT HYDRAULIKA S.R.O. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The aim of this work is to improve the current situation in the company EVERFIT hydraulika s.r.o. in terms of health and safety regulations. The first part of this work is devoted to theoretical concepts, legislation on occupational safety and health at work and occupational health and safety risk assessment methods. Information obtained from the first part of this thesis is then applied in the second part. Here I deal first brief description of the company and then analyze the existing situation on occupational safety and health at work in all branches of the company. This analysis was based on observations of how a normal working day in the company looks like. Then I do Risk Analysis at a branch in Prague. Outputs of observing normal working day and risk analysis will then be given with a recommendation to considering it to the company's management.
