Evaluation of the financial situation of a company and proposals to its improvement

This bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of the financial situation of the company AK signal Brno a.s. for the period from 2016 to 2020. The first part of the thesis concentrates on literary research describing financial analysis, users, inputs, outputs, the most used methods and tools of financial analysis. The second part presents the results of the financial analysis of AK signal Brno a.s. conducted by the described methods and tools. The third part describes the obtained results and subsequently recommends own proposals leading to improvement of the financial situation in the company AK signal Brno.

The Internal Standard Method for Determination of Ethanol by Head-space Gas Chromatography

Eva Kratochvílová Consultant: PharmDr. Radim Kučera, Ph.D. Title of thesis: The internal standard method for determination of ethanol by head-space gas chromatography The theoretical part of this rigorous thesis deals with a literature review focused on the conditions used to determine ethanol by HS-GC. The following settings of HS-GC system were tested in the experimental part of this thesis: optimal time of heating of the sample, temperature and the influence of the matrix on the assay. The method of internal and external standard and the method of standard addition were tested for quantification of ethanol in pharmaceutical products. The method of internal standard was chosen as the optimal one. The following parametres were tested in the validation of the method: linearity, precision, intermediate precision, accuracy, LOD, LOQ and selectivity. The content of ethanol in pharmaceutical product was determined by the validated method.

Employment of gas chromatography in the field of drug analysis IV. Diploma thesis Eva Kratochvílová Charles Univerzity in Pratur, Fakulty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Drug Control Heyrovského 1203, Hradec Králové This diploma thesis deals with the validation of analytical method for impurities determination in butane-1,3-diol by gas chromatography. Determination of ideal parameters for separation- temperature on column, temperature gradient, velocity of carrier gas and split ratio, allows ideal separation of the peak butane-1,3-diol and its impurities. For sample quantification was tested method of internal standard and method of normalization. The method of normalization was then validated. Validation of method includes linearity, reproducibility, robustness, LOD and LOQ. The found method meets all parametrs. The sample stability was confirmed by series of measurements during 24 hours.

Labour relations with international element and their content changes over time

In her PhD thesis, the author deals with the legal regulation of the international element in labour relations which is supplemented by the dimension of the regulation of the social security and the protection of personal data in order to create a complex view of the examined issue. The international element within the respective legal branches is regulated at the EU level by a different methodology approach - harmonization (labour law), coordination (social security law) and unification (protection of personal data). The fundamental role in the regulation of the international element in labour relations is played by EU legislation, especially the Regulations Rome I, Rome II and Brussels I (bis), which is complemented by the legal regulation of the international element in labour law relations within the Czech law system. The international element in social security law is governed by Coordination Regulations Nos. 883/2004 and 957/2009, the Czech legislation does not contain, in this respect, its own legal regulation of an international element and refers to the EU regulation. In the area of personal data protection, the harmonization legislation of Directive No. 95/46/EC and Czech Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on Data Protection, will be replaced as of 25.05.2018 by the GDPR Regulation. A child in labour law and social security law

A CHILD IN LABOUR LAW AND SOCIAL SECURITY LAW The purpose of my thesis is to draw attention to the position and protection of a child within Czech labour law and social security law in a wider context. The thematic range of this thesis covers two separate branches of law focusing on the following aspects: a child - a party to legal relations and "taking care of a child" as a relevant legal fact, which ensures wider rights to the person who takes care of a child. The part relating to individual benefits provided by social security law emphasizes the concurrence of benefits entitlement across the systems of social insurance, social support and social services. The issue is complemented with relevant provisions of legal acts enacted by the European Union, especially by the treatment of Directive on Social Security and Cross-border Labour within the EU. The paper is composed of six chapters. Introduction brings the reader into the issue. Chapter one defines the basic terminology used in the thesis, such as child, juvenile employee, child without support, living minimum, etc. Chapter Two offers the Czech historical foundations of this topic.
