Development of Communication Mix of Company

This thesis explores the development of the communication mix in the company operating in the B2B market. The theoretical part explains important concepts related to this topic, mainly in the terms of communication mix in the B2B market. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to analysis, where is described information of the researched company, its current state, and individual analyses of each features of the communication mix. Based on the findings, there are proposed changes that lead to improvement of individual features of communication mix and thereby strengthening market position, increasing awareness and gaining more customers for the researched company.

The thesis deals with risk management in the company Energopoint Ltd. The theoretical part explains important concepts related to the issue. This primarily involves the identification, analysis and follow-up methods of risk reduction. In the analytical part are identified all possible risks a company that has been detected by analysis of macro environment, micro environment and internal analysis of the company. To evaluate the significance of risks is used scoring method. Based on the findings of the analytical part I proposed measures to reduce risks. The contribution of the work is to gain the advantages of introducing risk management in the company.

The bachelor thesis is focused on optimization of tax burden of income for selected individual. In the theoretical part defines the basic concepts and theoretical starting points needed for practical part. Other parts of the thesis are focused on the solving the tax burned for selected individual using a different options of tax optimization including the proposal of the best variant. The thesis also includes the quantification of social and public health insurance for persons doing business on the basis of a trade license.

This bachelor thesis deals with the recovery of claims in XYZ s.r.o. Basic terms are explained initially, focusing on the legal, accounting, economy and tax point of view. Analysis of current status provides information about the commercial entity and a breakdown of the claims, including their security rights and recovery. Based on the findings, there are recommendations provided in order to possibly improve the state of claim recovery.
